Fall in love with the cabin in the woods feeling. Just 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, or walk outside to your next hiking adventure in the nearby national forest. Come back to this beautiful 1 bedroom cozy cottage with an outdoor sunroom/patio, detached yoga room, and backyard that leads into the forest. Fast wifi with a mesh system provides complete coverage for the entire backyard. It's the perfect place for stargazing or spending cool evenings next to the indoor fireplace.
This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, situated on a hilltop, and looks out over O'Neill Spring and the Pumphouse County Natural Area.
You will have access to the main house and back yard.
The host is nearby, available 24-7 for emergencies, and is happy to help you with any needs you may have. The host does not live on-site.
This neighborhood is prime for stargazing as there are no street lights to limit your view. One of the safest neighborhoods around, you'll see people outside walking their dogs at any time of day.
We suggest chains or all wheel/4-wheel drive to get to the property. This rental is accessed via guest's vehicle, 1 vehicle allowed. However, Uber and Taxis will service this neighborhood as well, ask them to park at the top of the street so they don't get stuck. There is no public transportation nearby. The airport is one exit north of this neighborhood off of I-17.
If you plan to have more than two guests, they will need to sleep on an air mattress (provided).
Cute home built from a trailer. Sunroom was perfect for watching the rain come in. Kitchen was well stocked. Couch and bed were comfy. Tub was perfect for a cold water plunge after hiking Mt. Humphries. Close to Flag. Very quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
The home is very well kept. Extremely clean, comfortable, with all the eminities. The owner was very responsive. We were very pleased with the actual home. Truth in advertising, this home is in a trailer park. We were surprised to find this out after we received the address. The neighborhood was quite and we felt comfortable staying there. I would recommennd it to others.
The fireplace was perfect for our snowy visit to the area. It kept the place nice and cozy. Just know there is a slight hill to go up to drive away from rental. If it snows or has snow/ice accumulation, the hill is tough to get up without AWD or 4WD. Fortunately a neighbor had a snow plow machine that helped clear a path, plus some snow shoveling. Itâs nice that the property has streaming channels you can watch without logging into your own. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would stay there again.
I canât say enough good about this cabin in the woods. Clean, comfortable, cozy, well appointed. The owner had everything you might need and more just waiting for you. They really went above and beyond in providing for you. Concise instructions for television, fireplace, and everything. I like to cook so I made most of our meals during our eight day stay. Everything I needed in the way of pots pans, utensils and seasonings was there for me. We spent many hours in the sunroom just gazing at the woods and watching a little birds. Very peaceful. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Cozy cabin
The cabin was very cozy and clean. The pictures nor the description properly tell you the cottage is in a trailer park. The picture cut off what is around the cabin. I will say the neighborhood is very quiet. Host was very easy to work she very responsive! She was a pleasure to work with
What a awesome find. Easy and fast access to the I17 without all the Flagstaff traffic hassle. Little one bedroom cottage / cabin that had a really chic design and decor. Was super comfortable and can't wait to stay there again!
This cabin was so cute and it had everything you would want/need for your stay. We truly enjoyed our time there. We didn't realize the cabin wasn't secluded. Still a beautiful place.
The property and area were just what we were looking for to decompress and ease into retirement. The house was beautiful, especially the kitchen and bath! Only suggestions we have is replace the can opener and consider adding blinds or shades for the afternoon soon. We would rent this property again in a heart beat!
This cabin is a great home base if you're exploring northern Arizona. Easy access to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Page and, of course, Flagstaff. It's a cozy spot to come back to after a day on the trail.
The rental itself was really good, the interior photos showed exactly what we expected for our stay. The property itself is very well maintained and cozy. The only thing I would note which is out of the property ownerâs hands is this place is located in a trailer park some are okay with this but we did feel a little uneasy when walking our dogs around the park and didnât venture out much at night.
Great experience and great property. The home was beautifully done and itâs a great location if youâre planning to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona like we did. It took us an hour and a half to get to the Grand Canyon South Station Entrance and just 35-40 minutes to get to Sedona. The host is extremely responsive.

This property is well cared for and loaded with amenities. We love the 3 seasons porch, that even works in the winter with a space heater. The views are wonderful, especially at night. The homeowners have done a lot to make your stay comfortable. They use this home in the off-season for their own family as well.
