Beach access: Half mile from Surfside Beach, less than a minute drive!
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend.
Parking: We have room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Blue Sky Bungalow offers a bright and airy open floor plan on the main level, perfect for families or groups. The living area features a large flat-screen TV for movie nights, while the dining table and kitchen island provide ample space for meals and socializing. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on this level: one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with two sets of full-size bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.
Upstairs, a lofted sleeping area with two twin beds provides a cozy retreat. Whether you're a family, a group of friends, or a combination of both, Blue Sky Bungalow comfortably accommodates everyone.
Step outside onto the expansive front porch, furnished with a dining table and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the fresh air. Underneath the house, you'll find a delightful surprise: a tiki bar and fire pit area, creating the ideal spot for barbecues, roasting marshmallows, and creating lasting memories.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
