This stunning new beach house is located in The Serenity at Dune Allen community and is situated on a prominent corner lot. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus a loft with a sitting area, full size daybed, full size trundle, and offers 1,946 square feet. This newly furnished home is new to the rental market and ready for your next vacation!

Your vacation starts at our front door! Enjoy the spacious living area with a new sectional sofa, club chair, and HGTV. The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There are two barstools at the breakfast bar, and the dining area is furnished with a beautiful round farm table and seating for six. The hallway leads to the master suite, a powder room for guests, and a full size washer and dryer. The back door leads to LSV parking, an outdoor shower, outdoor seating, and sand toys! The first floor master bedroom has an ensuite bath with double vanities and a spacious tiled shower. Two guest bedrooms with king beds are located on the second floor, and there is an additional loft space suitable to be used as a fourth bedroom or an added entertainment area. There is a full bath located on the second level.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Comfortable, modern, convenient to the beach. 3 beach chairs were nice to have. Used the golf carts a lot (be careful with the six-seater. It leaks rusty water from the top in the morning). Loved the stay.

Amazing House!

We had a fabulous time, minor bump when we arrived due to a storm knocking the breaker out on the fridge and upstairs air. Property management was quick and extremely accommodating in getting everything fixed. Having two golf carts for nine of us was perfect. Planning on rebooking for next year!

Talk about a 5 Star getaway!!! We had a ‘magical’ stay at 71 Magical Place! Lots of room, amenities and the place looks newly renovated. PLUS, the golf carts were that special extra touch. Home was very clean and had all kitchen supplies needed. My only complaint would be that insufficient amount towels and wash clothes were provided. The Unit only had 8 of each and sleeps 10 or more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love this location! So close to the beach, not overly crowded, lifeguard on duty at the beach! It was just perfect for us. There were some slight housekeeping issues which were quickly resolved when notified the booking agency. The bed linens had not been changed or washed and the trash outside had sat for weeks and was full of fruit flies which kept getting in the house.

Perfect location

The location is perfect. We always stay in this area. This was the first time in this house and not sure we will pick this one again. The floors were very dirty, there were no bath mats as stated so we had to use towels, there were no bed linens for the pull out bed in the tv stand, hair in the shower drain, there were gummies under the bed upstairs and the golf carts are in need of updating and some work. The communication with the property manager was excellent. I texted late in the evening regarding an issue with a golf cart charger and they responded within an hr and had maintenance out the next day. We absolutely love the area and check in was a breeze but there needs to be some cleanliness issues addressed with housekeeping. For reference, I did not discuss concerns of cleaning with the property manager because ultimately it was stuff I could go ahead and clean/ take care of myself but definitely not something I would want to do on a regular basis when checking in to a place that I am paying a considerable amount of money for.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Issues still remain from last visitors review. Blew breaker multiple times when using microwave. AC did not cool upstairs accurately and ice maker needs to be checked. . No information left for renters to know when trash service comes. We reached out to management office @ 11 am our first day to try to get information about the beach access, the AC and trash service. When I called I got the after hours answering service so I left a message and never received a call back, we stayed 6 nights. The house is in a good location but we often had to use the second beach access due to the access across from the subdivision being semi - private. There are new houses going up in the area so heavy construction. We enjoyed our stay but I would suggest leaving renters details for trash pickup and beach access with rules to help visitors. Also suggest returning calls.

Our records indicate that on the morning of your call, our phone system was experiencing issues that were not rectified until that afternoon. We seldom receive negative information regarding our communication and sincerely apologize. We understand that clear and quick communication is of utmost importance, and we regret that this was not demonstrated to you. Information regarding trash pick-up and beach access can be found in the guest app. Although we have not experienced any issues with guests accessing this information in the past, we have moved the information to avoid future confusion. We also apologize if you experienced an issue with the breaker. However, we could not recreate the problem during inspection. Thankfully, the owner was just there for ten days and didn’t have a problem, nor did the last or current guest. Lastly, we apologize if you felt the AC was not working properly upstairs. The AC has been inspected by three HVAC companies and although no problems were found, the owner has added a separate 1-ton AC unit upstairs. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We wish you safe travels home and hope you choose to return for an improved vacation experience!

Amazing Beach Community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate. Very warm and cozy beach feel. Very clean, very convenient to everything on 30A. The golf carts was a perk for sure for going to the Beach. Beach Access was right at the entrance. Amazing place we will be back for sure.
