Welcome to Gigâem on Glade, your spacious College Station retreat just minutes from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field. This home is perfect for game-day weekends, graduations, family gatherings, or a relaxing getaway in Aggieland.
Iâm a local host and proud Aggie mom. My oldest played football at Iowa State, so I understand what itâs like to travel across the country to visit your student. Iâve stayed in beautiful short-term rentals that had stunning homes but no coffee, no cream, no sweetener, no soap, and no dishrags. Iâm not that kind of host. Every detail in this home has been thought through to provide the amenities, necessities, and comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Just bring your food, drinks, and personal items.
Inside, youâll find a large, open living and dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen features a gas stove, coffee bar, and all cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware you could need. Upstairs, a private room with a TV and games provides space for streaming, remote work, or kid-friendly fun. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, thereâs plenty of room for everyone.
The backyard is the heart of this home. A huge backyard features a covered pavilion, seating, outdoor swing, fans, lighting, and a gas BBQ, perfect for celebrations, game-day cookouts, or quiet evenings outside. An EV charger is available for guests who need it.
Location is unbeatable. Youâre just blocks from campus, with HEB less than a mile away and literally every type of food nearby: coffee bars, casual cafĂ©s, Tex-Mex, BBQ, pizza, burgers, and international cuisine. One of my favorite memories from living in this neighborhood for over 15 years is smelling the BBQ on game-day weekends, and if the wind blew just right, you could hear the Aggie Band practicing early in the morning. Thereâs an electric energy in this neighborhood that you just have to experience.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed in our pet-friendly properties with prior approval from both the Booking Agent and Homeowner. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard, neighborhood, and nearby parks. Additional details can be found in the Pet Addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are allowed on the property in firepit only when the firepit is on the ground; absolutely NO fires may be burned in the house or on the property (e.g., candles, fireplace). Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. Check with the county to verify ongoing burn ban.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom), and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpsters located in the carport closet per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades, and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. Roof: Guests are NOT allowed on the roof.
17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
