Welcome to The Crew House! A brand new, stylish, cozy cottage that is walking distance to all that the Nathan Benderson Park and University Town Center areas have to offer! The property is on a 2 acre parcel so there's plenty of room to spread out.

At our cottage you will find a comfortable bed, stylish furniture, high-end finishes, a large island, screened-in outdoor dining table, and a great outdoor space with Hot Tub. Everything you need- and more- with room to spread out, both inside and outside!

Rowing camp

Perfect spot for a week of rowing at Nathan Benderson Park. Easy bike ride to the park and many restaurants. Check in could not have been easier, and owner very responsive.

A Great Escape

We had an incredible time at this VRBO! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The patio was a great reprieve, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee overlooking the garden. The host was super responsive and provided great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and private. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Charming and Modern Cottage

We sincerely enjoyed out stay at this clean and modern cottage. It is located near the wonderful UTC town center but on a private and quaint road. It had a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful patio. owners were very reapnos ir.

Well appointed VRBO in Sarasota

The cottage was the perfect location in a beautiful natural area. It was nicely furnished and immaculate. The host were very thoughtful. Charging stations, coffee and tea were available, it was nicely furnished and had a complete kitchen. I received excellent communication from the host. I hope it will be available the next visit to Sarasota.

Quiet off the beaten path

This was the perfect little house for our long weekend of rowing competition at Nathan Benderson Park. The house is accommodated with everything we needed. Host was agreeable to a late check out and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend.!

Perfect Little Guest House

Lovely stay close to UTC and Nathan Benderson Park. The home was clean and well maintained. Serene location with sounds of nature - loved it!!! Host was wonderful. Highly recommend - will stay here again.

Private but close everything

We loved staying here, it was the perfect size for us on a nice quite street with lots of shopping and things to do just minutes away, the back yard is peaceful with a bench swing and the kitchen is well equipped we would definitely recommend this rental.

Rowers paradise

Fantastic location very close to Nathan Benderson Park. The "Row House" sits on beautiful old Florida property, with thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay. Pro tip #1 If you are going to NBP or University Town Center, rent the scooters...just do (they fold up so you can even take them in your car), #2 Find time to enjoy the backyard swing at night under the lights, #3 Play ping pong. This is a hidden gem; one we would be happy to return to.

***This home is on well water. We use a state of the art treatment system but on rare occasions there may be a slight sulphur smell. We want to ensure you that it is still safe to use! Letting the water run for a little while will help clear the lines and get the water smelling back to normal :)

***There is a security camera at the front door, facing away from the home (outside of the home. NO cameras inside the Crew House).

***This is a guest house that is to the left of the main home on the property. The main home is occupied year-round by our family, but you will have complete privacy during your stay!

***There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the garage.

***1.3 miles to Benderson Park (4 min drive, 25 min walk)
***15 minutes to SRQ Airport
***1 hour to TPA Airport
***50 minutes to PGD Airport
