Amazing direct ocean front 1 BR condo on the 17th floor of Sea Watch Resort. It has an extra Murphy Bed and Pull Out Sofa in the living room. It has spectacular views of the ocean, beach, and many pools from the 17th floor. The full private balcony is easily accessed through sliding glass doors and the open floor layout includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Sea Watch Resort is a luxurious 10 acre ocean front resort located in the northern part of Myrtle Beach. The resort has 2 indoor pools, 2 indoor hot tubs, 6 outdoor pools, 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, ocean front restaurant / bar, Starbucks and Ice Cream store, gift shop, fire pit, kids playground, game room, and fitness center for year-round activities. The resort sits directly on the beach, is conveniently located within minutes to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. The gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Perfect place to avoid the crowd

We stayed 7days and were extremely happy with this condo. The outside bar was great. Plenty of chairs around all the pools. Great view from balcony. Condo was clean and well taken care of. Located 5 minutes from grocery store. We would stay again if we go back to MB.

3 nights. Building was clean, elevators worked well, pools and lazy river clean, very easy access to beach. Everything in the unit worked and was clean. We cooked all meals in - had enough cookware and utensils including coffee maker. Iron and hair dryer were added bonus! Air conditioner worked very well!!

The location was really nice. The maintenance and house keeping staff was amazing. However the unit was not up to our expectations. The toilet was dirty the slider lock was broken the carpet was left on the wall after the flooring was redone. The view was outstanding.

We have stayed at this resort in the past but first time in this unit. The 17th floor offers a great view while also being high enough away from the pool noise so you can enjoy time on the deck.

Great rental

Great rental; would definitely come again! The rental company was very responsive and sent us everything we needed through emails which was very convenient. We loved that there was an electronic door lock, so there was no key card to carry around!! The resort was beautiful and had so much to offer. There were so many activities for the kids to do. We did build a bear, painted magnets, did glass etching and enjoyed popcorn and lemonade. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There were five of us and there was plenty of room for us to eat, sleep and relax. The pull out couch was comfy and the living room furniture seemed brand new! We did not have great weather so we spent a lot of time in the room, doing activities at the resort and going in the heated/covered pools and hot tubs. The kids really enjoyed the daily duck race and the view from the balcony.

Beautiful View and Great Accommodations

This was actually a working trip and the condo was perfect for our needs. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Excellent Stay!

Great Seawatch condo! Very clean! Rental company was attentive and helpful when I needed to add a day to my vacation. The only issue that occurred was the parking pass wasn’t in the condo (stayed in April, no security guard until May). I called and the issue was resolved quickly. Very satisfied! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing vacation in a beautiful room with an amazing view of the ocean and the gorgeous resort!!!

This condo is decorated beautifully and very well kept.It is a 1 bedroom but has additional options for sleeping. There is a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa and 2 double beds in the bedroom. We had our daughter, son in law and grandson stay with us and there was plenty of room. The furniture is new and the rooms are decorated in a very classy beach theme.You can’t beat the view!Attention is paid to every detail- choice of coffee pot or Keurig machine- which we really appreciated, a basket of snacks on the table upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again and would request this unit. Can’t wait to book it again for our next vacation😊

Great Vacation Rental

The condo was so clean and decor was so nice & well kept. We loved having 4 beds to utilize (my boys loved the Murphy bed and the sofa pullout). My husband is 6’5”…his only complaint was the size of the shower. It was fine for the rest of us. The water pressure in the shower was a little slow. I’d definitely stay here again! I’m a very clean person so I really enjoyed having a vacuum to be able to clean up as the week went on. The resort is so much fun. A lot of pools, entertainment and you can’t beat being oceanfront!

Clean, comfortable, beach themed condo! Incredible views! Great resort!

From start to finish it was an excellent experience! Navin and Chanda are excellent hosts. They are quick to respond and our one need was resolved quickly. The condo is as described, clean and comfortable. There were just 3 of us and our son utilized the Murphy bed so it was like he had his own room. The views are incredible! The snack basket is a very thoughtful. The resort is awesome. Great beachfront location. Nice pools and hot tubs. We would definitely stay again.

AWESOME

We have been to Sea Watch Resorts before but this unit exceeded our expectations! We love coming to Sea Watch because of all of the pools and jacuzzis at the resort and the close proximity to food, shopping and entertainment outside the resort. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. My family loved the snack basket that was awaiting our arrival. The unit has been beautifully decorated and has amazing views. Navin and Chanda were great hosts and kept in touch via email throughout our stay. Check in was easy especially with the keyless entry which was a welcome touch for our family to come and go as needed without concern for keys or cards. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of room in our one bedroom condo. We will definitely book this unit again

Wonderful experience

This was a great property in a very nice resort. The views from the balcony are amazing. The resort has everything you need to have a memorable vacation. Check in/out information was very thorough. The property looked just as it did in pictures. The welcome gift basket was so fun and unexpected! We had one question when we first arrived and we received a very timely response. This vacation was everything we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect and clean!

This unit was a great find! We had the opportunity to go to the beach for a few days and found this listing. Everything was as listed! The view, the room, the resort, etc! Two adults stayed 3 nights and only used the two beds, but there is a hide away sofa and a Murphy bed. Loved the soft towels and the provided shower essentials. The snacks on the table were a pleasant surprise after a drive from Tennessee. I hank you for offers such a sweet place to stay while in Myrtle Beach. We will keep your place on our list of go to trips!

great unit with a great view

I was very surprised to see snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Everyone thought that was a nice touch as we hadn't had time to stop at the store yet after a long drive. The unit was clean and had enough room to accommodate the six of us(3 adults and 3 kids). The Murphy bed folded down easy and went back up easily to provide room for the six of us to comfortably use the space during the day. We were also pleased to see that the shower had soap, conditioner and shampoo dispenser installed as we had forgotten to pack some toiletries. Another great feature were the USB outlets near the bed and in the kitchen. It was a little cold the first day but we were able to use the indoor pool and hot tubs comfortably. The second day was much warmer and we were able to enjoy the beach, the many pools and a number of crafts for the kids. Great vacation and great unit! We look forward to staying again!
