Amazing home in a riverfront neighborhood. Newly refreshed, bright, clean, beautiful Deltona home with an open concept. The home has large 4 sliding doors overlooking a huge pool, canal and the famous Marco bridge! The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms along with a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for another private space to rest yourself. The lanai is large with lounging furniture, table, chairs and that really big pool for the family to enjoy. You will love the VIEW.

Great location, in a quiet part of the Island, but still close to shops, restaurants and beach access.
âąNO EXTRA GUESTS: As per your agreement you are only allowed 10 PEOPLE staying and sleeping at this home (this includes children & infants). If we discover more than the 10 TOTAL people that are allowed in this home you will be responsible for an additional $350.00 per person/infant/child and asked to leave. The home is secured with outdoor cameras and for you to hide anybody or try to slip somebody into the home who are not part of this 10 Person rental agreement will not be a good decision for you.
âąNO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the home, near the lanai/pool area sliding doors, inside or outside the garage! If someone in your party does smoke please go OUTSIDE and make sure all doors, sliding doors, windows or garage door are closed so that no smoke or odor enters the property. If the property does smell of smoke or the smell of fried food by frying in the home or garage the tenant will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $450.00 extra on top of the regular cleaning fee.
âąNoise: As detailed in your rental agreement, there are no house parties permitted during your stay at this home. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 8 PM and be respectful of the quiet beach neighborhood. Marco Island has very strict rules regarding noise. Any noise that can be heard from outside the property line, at any time of day, is prohibited. Keep in mind that sound travels very well over water! If neighbors call the police to report a noise complaint at the property, there will be a fine involved and you will be responsible for that expense. Enjoy yourselves but keep music inside and be respectful of neighbors and you shouldn't have any trouble! After 9PM, you may not have more than the max occupancy of 10 PEOPLE at the property.
âą Garage Play Room/Mancave: The garage was made into a play room/man cave for our guests. A pool table is there for your enjoyment along with a fooseball table, floor checkers and dart board. The pool table balls, pool sticks, pool table rack and brush are all on the wall organized on a wall rack holder. When finished with playing pool please put everything back on the wall rack for the next guest and if needed please brush the pool table felt surface with the brush that is hanging on the wall rack so itâs clean for the next guests. NO sitting, leaning on the pool table along with no food, drinks, etc on top of the table. The pool table is only for playing pool. There is NO SMOKING in the garage as the garage is being used as a game room and is part of the house and not used to park cars or any type of vehicles in it. If a guest needs to smoke please smoke outside and away from the garage. We ask to close all doors, sliding doors and windows around someone that is smoking outside including the garage door. In case the garage door is left open when someone is smoking outside the garage and the smell of smoke is in the garage we will charge the same extra deep cleaning fee ($450.00) as we would for the smell of smoke inside the house. Make sure nothing is lost or broken with the pool table, fooseball table, floor checkers or dartboard as it will create an issue for the next guests to enjoy the game room and if anything is broken or missing then you will be charged accordingly.
âą Air Conditioning: The thermostat will be set with the correct settings on arrival and the fan setting must be on "Auto" not "On". Please be conscious of power consumption and keep the thermostat at a reasonable temperature - no lower than 75 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and no lower than 73 degrees Fahrenheit during the night. Also, be sure to keep the sliding glass doors closed when the A/C is running. With our high temperatures and Florida humidity levels, running the AC with the sliders open will overwork the system and is likely to lead to a freeze-up of the AC units. When this happens, the system will stop cooling and have to be shut off until it can be defrosted and serviced. This means no AC for up to a couple days! Please, heed our warning on this.
âą Barbecue Grill: A gas grill is located on the lanai. Per your rental agreement, should any guest use the grill, that guest acknowledges they are experienced in the use of such equipment and they assume all risks associated. When grilling itâs best to keep the barbecue grill furthest from the house and make sure the smoke exits up and through a screened area. Do not barbecue under the white ceiling in the lanai area, the smoke will enter the home and you will turn the white ceiling black. Guests are responsible for the care and cleanup of the grills as well as providing supplies as needed.
âą Furnishings: We ask that you please treat this home and its furnishings like your own. Please avoid sitting on upholstered sofas and rugs in wet clothing and bathing suits. Should anything become broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know ASAP so that we can replace it for your benefit and that of the following guest. Also, please donât rearrange furniture. Our cleaners donât have time to return the furniture to its original position.
âą Garbage: Garbage is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is only collected on Thursdays. Please bag all your trash neatly before bringing it out to the bins, kept along the side of the Garage. Bins should be brought out to the curb between 6PM the night before collection and 6AM on the day of collection to be emptied. Please help us keep checkout day trash levels under control by bringing the bins out to the curb to be emptied during your stay and bring back to the side of the Garage outside when empty. No garbage bins are allowed to be stored in the Garage, only outside on the side of the house. REMEMBER donât store any garbage bins in front of the garage door or anywhere in front of the house, the City of Marco Island will issue a fine (you will pay this fine) if they can see the garbage bins from the street. New laws have been placed on the island about what the City of Marco can see from the street.
âą Housekeeping: The home has been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure. We ask that you keep the home in clean and sanitary condition during your stay, particularly with respect to kitchen and food related items, in order to avoid attracting pests. If you would like periodic professional housekeeping during your stay, we are happy to arrange it for you through one of our excellent cleaning services. Please inquire about details.
âą Lawn & Landscaping: Lawn service is performed weekly so always keep the Garage door closed when landscapers are conducting their job.
âą Linens: Upon your arrival, the beds are made up with fresh sheets and bathrooms are stocked with clean towels. When laundering the linens during your stay, please follow the care instructions on the tags and wash linens with like colors. Please don't bring bath towels to the beach and PLEASE don't wash the colored beach towels with the white linens!
âą Parking: Be sure no cars are parked blocking the sidewalk or you will receive a parking ticket. Cars may be parked in the swale (grassy area between road and sidewalk) from 6AM to 9PM daily. Do not leave cars parked in the swales overnight as they are prohibited from 9PM- 6AM! The city will fine your car and you will be responsible for that fine if you are past the sidewalk and in the swale (city owns the grass swale and owner just maintains it) during the prohibited time. Remember the city owns the grass swale between the sidewalk and the street. Please follow the city rules or your vehicle will be fined. NO campers, boat on trailer, wave runner / jet skis on trailers or even an empty trailer wonât be allowed on the property. You must go and visit Marco Island City Hall prior to arriving at the property and ask the City of Marco Island where you are allowed to store/park these types of trailers / recreational vehicles during your visit. You will be fined by Marco Island Police / Code Enforcement for having any of these on the property and the property owner could also be fined which you will be responsible for any and all violations that may occur.
âą Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests but keep in mind that insects are part of the "Florida wildlife" and from time to time you may encounter an unwanted visitor. Please let us know if there is a serious problem and we will have it addressed immediately.
âą Pets: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME without prior written permission from The Management Company. See your lease for details on unapproved pet penalties.
âą Plumbing: Please be conscious of what goes down the sink and into the toilet. The garbage disposal is for cooked food waste only (no eggshells or vegetable peelings!). Nothing should be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Pre moistened bathroom wipes/baby wipes will clog the line! Should a plumbing problem occur as a result of improper materials being washed down the sink or flushed, we may have to charge the repair cost to your final statement.
âą Shells: We understand Marco Island beaches have some beautiful shells. We ask that you either take them home with you or dispose of them the day of your departure as we would rather not have them left for the cleaner to throw them out.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The house is a charm with an amazing view of the river and bridge. The guest has enough space to separate themselves from the 2 living spaces, therefore it is an open concept and still have spaces to have everyone together. The beds are comfortable.. having 3 bathrooms is also a bonus. One of the bathrooms has pool access. We love to spend time with our family in the spacious lanai and the pool is outstanding!
