Dolphin's Landing, brilliant location

Our stay was wonderful. Had some tv and internet issues but we overlooked that. We didn't miss it because the weather was great.

Great location, but that’s about it.

Several small things made this stay relatively unenjoyable. First, the toilet is clearly made for a child. Both my friend and I had trouble even using it due to its tiny size and height. Also, there’s no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror is also not placed in front of the sink, which is weird and inconvenient. There is rust all over the freezer door and the shower head. The place badly needs basic updating. The location. Is fantastic and right on the beach.

FEB 2025 VISIT

Well stocked , clean, comfortable beach cottage . Location right on the beach is perfect ! Bathroom needs some serious updates and there appears to be floor rot at the entry door that is covered up with tape . We had a difficult time locking and unlocking the door.

Quick Getaway

Perfect size for a couple - cute little place - bedroom was great and living rm/kitchen combo was adequate for our needs - we didn't cook just made coffee and snacks; bathroom was small but expected that from pics, beautiful ocean views and sunrise from deck and easy access to beach and quick drive to restaurants - would rent again

Great place for a getaway

Quiet place on the beach

Small beach front condo. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. The only complaint would be that there was only one thin blanket on the bed. Loved the location and the view. Will stay again.

The Retreat at Dolphin Watch in August '23

We had a pleasant stay but could use upgrades in following areas. The ceiling fan in the main quarters did not have a remote available to us to turn it on the switch only worked the fan light. The property had two window a/c units which the bedroom unit worked very well. The property manager dropped off a small desk fan in lieu of issue. The TV was visited by cable company and lost service after his visit. Unfortunately the much anticipated daily Baseball games were missed and we resorted to using our phones. The view was great and access to beach was perfect. The huge back deck was very ample. We would stay at this location again and recommend it but would suggest bringing a large box fan.

A perfect couples getaway on Folly.

We loved the our time. The view is perfect and parking is easy. The house was clean. If you are a young couple looking for a getaway this is the perfect place.

Excellent location and perfect for our needs

The location and amenities were absolutely perfect and we had a lovely stay. It was so perfect and comfortable we barely left! It could use a little upkeep (a day or two with a good handyman is it all it needs), but everything worked great, instructions were clear and it was very comfortable. The view was beautiful and I can't say enough how perfect the location is. There was a family with two small children in the unit below and we never heard them or even knew they were there....it felt like our own private place. Would definitely stay again!!

Convinient beachfront rental

We loved the location of this property, right at the end of the road so alot of privacy and a nice quiet section of the beach. House is a little outdated, but not bad for a two night stay where you’re mainly spending your days outside on the beach. Bed was comfortable, had everything you might need, a super short walk to the beach, and a dedicated parking spot which was much appreciated on Memorial Day weekend. Too far from the main strip to walk, but we road our bikes into town each night and for lunch a few times.

Bathroom and kitchen

We loved the little “apartment”. Plenty of room for the two of us. The mattress was very comfy, the couch not so much. Two issues. 1- the bathroom sink was basically caulked to the wall. There was mold on the ceiling near a unit of some type. 2- the mini-split above the cabinets dropped a lot of water onto the upper cabinet, the. Onto the refrigerator. It leaked inside the refrigerator forming icicles. Neither problem affected our stay, but just need to be repaired. We would book again especially if the repairs were made.

Beautiful views

The views were beautiful especially from the bedroom. The place was very clean except for some mold on ceiling in bathroom. We were disappointed when we first got there. It needs some TLC on the outside. The door to both units is rusty and turned us off at first and the deck furniture was rusty so we didn't sit out there much. We would stay there again because of location and mostly good. Owner just needs to do some general maintenance inside and out.
