À propos du quartier

Folly Beach

Les sympathiques The Charleston Pour House et Historic Rice Mill vous attendent.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The styling inside was exactly what I needed to create a calming mood for my week. At the far end of Ashley West block, so it was also super quiet most of the week. Easy access to the beach, as well. Loved this place!

Beautiful place and fantastic house!

Loved how this was right on beach with your own boardwalk down. The house was the cutest thing and so spacious. Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it fit everyone comfortably and they were all in awe when they saw the place. Great place for a big group!

Overall this beach house was outstanding! The house was very clean and I was exceptionally impressed with the cleanliness of the linens. I've stayed at a lot of beach houses and there is almost always sand in the linens, but I didn't find a single grain here! :-) The location on the beach is perfect. Not crowded at all, but not too far from the main area with the adorable shops. I especially loved the little art/gift shop Folly Sol! The furniture in the house was comfortable, stylish, and clean. The home decor was so lovely and we all really loved the art on the walls. Excellent decorating!! I only have a few suggestions for the homeowners to make the house even better: 1) Add a toilet paper holder in the smaller bathroom.2) Replace the plastic shower curtain liner in the smaller bathroom.3) Not really a suggestion, just a concern that the homeowner may want to get checked out. There are just a few soft spots in the floors, so you may want to make sure you don't have any subfloor rotting. We loved our stay at the house and would definitely book again!

The house was on the beach. It had wonderful views of the ocean. The back covered porch had ample comfortable seating. I enjoyed my coffee on that porch every morning. The description of appliances and supplies was accurate and well appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was ample sleeping as stated. We all had a wonderful time and would love to return there again!

Great stay!

Cleaning was a little subpar (floors dirty when we arrived), but otherwise ok. This house is NOT stocked with anything but a couple of rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The cleaning/stocking is that of a hotel, not like that of an individual owner. This is a little disappointing when You pay >$1000/night with all the taxes/fees. Although it is a beautiful property, some personal touches and staples would have made it great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the cleanliness and stocking did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a high standard of cleanliness, and we will address the issue with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the supplies, we do aim to provide a starter set of essentials for our guests, similar to what you would find in a hotel, but we understand how a few additional touches could enhance the experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we will take it into consideration as we work to improve our service. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beauty of the property and hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future for a more perfect stay. Best regards, The Vacations Team
