Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom new construction home in downtown Watkinsville! Just 7 miles from UGA and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and the new Wire Park, our home is perfect for family getaways or business stays.The main level features an open concept living room and kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities for your convenience. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. Designed with guest comfort in mind, our home features high-end mattresses, luxury linens, and upscale furnishings to ensure a relaxing stay.

Christmas Comfort

Our favorite rental so far! Comfortable seating in living area and beds very high quality. The kitchen was well stocked and appreciated since I had several Christmas dishes to prepare. And no checkout cleaning required!

Beautiful, spotless home with lots of light and tasteful modern furnishings. The host was quick to respond and kindly accommodated our early check-in. Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the yard/firepit area was lovely. Conveniently located near downtown Watkinsville and Wire Park. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable stay

I came with my husband, daughter, and mother for the weekend. Our stay was perfect. I have stayed in nearly 20 rentals over the years, and this was one of the cleanest and most well stocked. I hate dirty floors, and the floors were clean enough to go barefoot! Thanks for supplying a clean and comfortable house. I highly recommend the nearby Wire Park and the southern restaurant there.

Excellent, Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, and is exactly as portrayed online. We were here for UGA’s graduation, and we found it to be a very convenient, easy, 10 minute drive to Athens. Maggie was very responsive, and everything was seamless. We will definitely stay here anytime that we are in Athens!

Perfect home away from home

This house was the perfect home away from home for our family of five. The house is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Maggie was quick to respond to all my questions. Over all house is fabulous and we would definitely stay here again!
