Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others are enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please.

Things to Know

* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
* All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
*A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the
Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This apartment was great. Right by the beach and pool access. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items and utensils if you plan to cook. The apartment is a little dated, but is exactly like the pictures.

The condo was clean and had most of the things you would need to cook, sleep and bathe. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and we were disappointed at the surprise fee we had to pay for our car to be in the parking lot. 30/day! Other than that the place was right on the beach and it was a decent place to stay. Although the condo was located in kinda of a shabby building.

What a view!!!

We had a great stay with beautiful views of the ocean! A cozy very clean and well appointed condo. The only change would be to the bar stools provided....they are past their prime and the seat cushions no longer offer any support. Otherwise, great rental!

Cozy Room 502

We’ve been renting at the Atlantis for years. This was our first time in an efficiency. The room was so much bigger than expected. It was perfect for our small family of 4 (2 small kids) The room had a fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets. The pull out was perfect for the kids. Cable and WiFi. No closet but lots of storage spaces. Water pressure was great! We were not super reliant on appliances because we had 2 rooms. Appliances are a little outdated and hard to work but Vacasa customer service was helpful. Will definitely be back and stay in this space again

Good stay at atlantis

Was a great place. Beautiful room and pool. The location was perfect. So close to the beach. The wifi didnt work for the two first days but after a lot of calls abd text they finally came and the wifi was working. We found a sex toy in the sofa-bed so the cleaning could be better😅. The hour to check in is a little late and the chek out early… we need to give the keys at the office for 10am but the office is not at the same bulding. We needed to give the keys and we could come back at the beach…. But in general it was a beautiful stay!!

Small but cozy

There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks.

Cheap date. Well not cheap for the quality but good view.

The check-in process was a pain, usually u get a door code, there were multiple keys to pick up at this rental, the furniture was most uncomfortable, I think they bought it for looks only, the windows were dirty, any ocean front property needs clear windows if there's no balcony. (No brainer) the dryer door was broken, so was the ice maker except for on med cube settting. The toilet seat was loose, there were not many channnels and it even had direct tv. It was a nice time, but this place needs improvement for that price. Oh and the ad says the condo parking fee is 35 in the ad, it's actually 50.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend. Upon entering the room we first noticed the awesome view of the ocean straight from the windows. It’s a half view of the ocean/ half building next door which really wasn’t an issue. The amenities provided were perfect for us so we could cook a few meals at “home”. We found some folding chairs in a closet left behind and they definitely came in handy as the walk to the beach from the room was only 3 minutes tops. We kept the window open at night to hear the crashing of the waves but, to anyone staying here note that the garbage man for the hotel next door will wake you around 6am every other day. (Not a big deal but if you keep the windows open know it’s coming) The room came with a bag of goodies like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and shower supplies. The washer and dryer came in handy as we came back from the beach sandy. The beach itself was not overly crowded as it was end of season, but also far enough away from the boardwalk so we don’t get the wild crowds. We took Uber/Lift for nights out but also found that the bus was not a bad option. It’s $3 to ride all day and will take you all the way down to the boardwalk and back with a stop located in front of the hotel next door. Great value for the room, location was perfect for us and it was clean and comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Great Spot

Comfortable room. Great View. TV, Internet all worked. Great location. Working through Vacasa was seamless. The place is a little older. Only minor issues. Coffee Maker didn't work. Room was winterized and cold water under the sink was not turned back on. Overall, as advertised.
