Nestled at the foot of the Breckenridge slopes, this ski-in 2BR/2BA (plus loft) home is perfect for year-round mountain fun! Skiers and snowboarders will appreciate being less than a 5-minute walk from the Snowflake Lift. The Four O’Clock trail provides skiable access from the heart of the mountain to your peaceful community. After your adventures, dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the hot tub.

Relax on your private balcony overlooking the babbling creek or snuggle up on plush furnishings by the gas fireplace inside. A quiet location on the third floor offers added privacy.

LIVING AREA

The sunlit living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and an armchair. Watch movies on the 40” TV, select a new book from the library, or simply enjoy the mountain views. Vaulted ceilings soar, and a gas fireplace creates added allure.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. The spacious countertops provide ample space and seating for three.

When it’s time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms, the loft area, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 32” TV, and direct access to a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

You’ll find plenty of sleeping space in the loft area between four twin-size beds.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Kick back on the balcony to enjoy views of Sawmill Gulch and the Four O’Clock ski run.

Unwind in the community hot tub after a day of mountain fun. During warmer months, take a refreshing dip in the unheated pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. A private ski locker provides additional convenience. Unassisgned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot.

This unit is located on the third floor; elevators are not available. The building does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

In addition to an excellent slope-side location, this rental also offers convenient access to in-town fun! Hop on the town shuttle (which picks up just outside your community) for a free ride to the center of town.

Stroll just 0.4 miles to Blue River Plaza to play in the grass or attend festive community events. Walk the same distance to discover a plethora of local eateries and unique shops.

Uncover Colorado history at the Breckenridge Sawmill Museum, just 2 miles away.


Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A quaint throwback to simpler times

We loved the warm aroma of cedar as we entered the lobby of the condo. The stairs might have otherwise been a nothingsburger, except for the altitude. Five flights to 8E left us heaving like we were smokers(which we aren't). The decor feels like it's from the '70s, but that's ok. An alternate perspective might suggest the owners put as little into the property as possible, but whatever the case, we have no regrets for staying there.

Area is amazing and these condos are usually great…been coming for over a decade. This unit was not well kept. Dirty carpets, leaking faucets, non-functioning shower heads, cracked tiles, loose cabinets. Not up to the standard at Pine Ridge and won’t stay in this unit again. Fire place was great and the view is amazing.

Annual ski trip with friends

Skiing in was wonderful. 2 block bus ride to lift was wonderful as well. Easy walk to Main Street. Good restaurants, bars and gift shops. Would rent again.

Vacasa is completely unprofessional with their customer service. We were not given a physical key for the ski locker and the hot tub - both of which were advertised in the booking. Contacting Vacasa was an incredible pain. Day 1 they tell me a key will be brought to me - day 2 they say it will not. They would not even give me the contact to the local management in the city. Very frustrating to deal with them and be told contradictory information. I would avoid them and book locally. I even show them my booking where it says a ski locker and hot tub are included but they reply that the key will not be provided.

Good for the price

This place is “fine.” It’s no frills. The joint screams 80’s decor, but the couches are comfortable, and there is enough space for eight. The upstairs (loft) beds aren’t super comfortable, but they’re fine for kids. It’s a great location for skiing. The shuttle arrives literally right out front (no ski-boot walking uphill both ways needed,) and there is ski-in access via the four o’clock run. The only downsides are: a) the walk up to the room. The five flights of stairs with luggage is not picnic. b) the showers and bathrooms in general really need an upgrade. There’s a bit of grime, and the lighting is bad. It’s rather “old motel” feeling in the bathroom area. c) a hot tub that doesn’t require a drive would REALLY be a nice addition.

Perfect location!

This condo is exactly what I imagined when I booked our family snowboard trip. There is a ski run behind the condo and you can literally ski/snowboard to your back door. The kids loved the loft area. The condo was perfect for our needs. The showers were a little dated, but everything else was nice. My only complaint would be the early check out of 10:00 AM! I tried to message the owner for a little later check out and never heard back. I called the office that manages the check in process and they couldn’t help with either.

Comfortable beds and great location

We stayed here with our 3 boys and 2 of their friends. Every bed was comfortable which is unusual in a rental. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and well equipped. We loved staying here and would book it again!

Great location great if you have kids

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kids had a ton of room. Great location. Easy walk to gondola, snowflake, and downtown. Kids loved the loft. Few things could improve, dishwasher door was almost impossible to close to do dishes, and the pool card would have been nice, kids really wanted to swim. We asked several times for it. Park passes were all wrong and I spent a good time correcting that.

Great Family Trip

This Condo sets up great for a small family. My kids thought the loft was cool. Check in was easy, as instructions were very accurate and complete. While the decor may be a little outdated, we did not think anything felt outright old. Everything worked as expected and everything was clean. Parking was easy. The hot tubs were awesome. The location was great and it was easy to walk everywhere in town or to the ski lifts if you don’t want to ride the bus. Plenty of space for a family of four, but it would have still been comfortable with a couple more people. We really enjoyed the trip and would book again without a second thought. Couple items to note: It’s up 4 flights of stairs. DVD player in living area is broken, cable was available Bottom shelf of dishwasher still broken, as was noted in other reviews

Perfect location.

Perfect location! The bathrooms are dated and dark and the kitchen was dated as well. The dishwasher was cracked at the bottom and a little difficult to push the bottom rack in and out. All that said, I would stay again and the location was perfect and enjoyed being on the top level with the views from the balcony.

Good, But Could Be So Much Better

8E has a nice layout and has a fantastic location in Breckenridge, but the condo could be so much better. A decorator's touch is needed throughout the condo. Functional obsolescences include (1) The bathroom cabinets are hard to open because there is no hardware and no built-in handles. (2) It is strange to see round toilets in a property of this caliber. Highly recommend investing in some oval toilets.

Excellent location.

Everything was as it should be. Clean, comfortable, easy walk to downtown. This condo is up 40 steps (5 short flights), which was fine with us but might bother some. Ideal for skiers because you can walk up the hill to the ski lift and then ski in to the back of the condo to return. My children liked the loft room with the 4 beds. It functions as a 3rd bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Dish washer a little challenging because the trays don't roll out easily but not a deal breaker. Overall just ideal.
