Annual Phillis vs Braves Family Meet-Up

Property is nice, rustic, and peaceful. The pond is beautiful and there is plenty to do outdoors and in.

Peaceful Property

Peaceful lot with nice lake and games tables for the family to enjoy, but house could use updating, particularly in the kitchen and new furniture in the living room.

It’s a cabin with knotted pine cabinets cut from the original trees from the priority itself, mixed with granite counter tops and a 35” stainless steal range oven/stove below an open counter/bar with contemporary lighting. Not sure how much more “modern” one can make a “cabin” lol. Thx

Wonderful place, great host!

Place was just as described, the home is cozy and has just about everything you need. Comfy bed to sleep in. Country setting with wildlife all around. Trails to walk in the woods. Host was very responsive and very nice to talk with. Would most definitely stay here again.

Teresa was one of the best guests to ever visit @BeaneAcres. She treated the house as if it were her own and even tended to and babysat the ducks:) Her and her husband were extremely communicative and polite and left the house better than they found it🙌🏾🙏🏽

Short Term Home - Just Right for Us

We're moving and needed a temporary home. The house was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of room to walk outdoors and enjoy the trees and lake. The neighborhood felt relaxed and safe, both day and night. We enjoyed random neighborhood July 4 fireworks on the front porch. The A/C in this older home had trouble keeping up with Georgia's mid-summer heat at times, but Brian was very responsive. WiFi worked great - a huge plus. Plenty of parking. Cute lake and trails with magnificent ducks. We enjoyed our stay and agree this would be an amazing retreat most times of the year.

Best guests I’ve had in a long time.:) So polite and treated @BeaneAcres as if it were their own. I actually thought housekeeping had already come when they left. Lol They left the property just that clean✅🙏🏽. They are welcomed back anytime!

beautiful sunrises & sunsets with nature in between

The property is all about relaxing in nature while being close to everything Atlanta has to offer. The walking trails have seating areas everywhere and the pond is just lovely to relax and watch the ducks and geese. I watched nesting birds and deer with spring bulbs blooming across the lawn - just lovely. The house is an older home being renovated so a few limitations with outlets in the kitchen. But, this was a minor issue for how lovely the space is. Every area inside and out is well thought out to be used by families or group events. One porch is perfect for sunset and one is perfect for sunrise. I can just imagine how lovely the property is in full spring bloom. It really is just a great hang out space for family and friends or just a couple with their dogs like us. And, we did lots of visiting sites across all of Atlanta - it is quite a convenient location and Atlanta is very pet friendly.

TheCottage@BeaneAcres is unique because guests are greeted by and “feel” positive approach the minute they enter the property and see the streets signs. Positivity Post, Tranquility Trail, Success Circle, Confidence Cove, Dedication Drive, Wisdom Well, Focus Field and Prosperity Path all denote the beautiful nature trails that lead to Lake Opulence which is a fully stocked pond for the family to enjoy!
