Appartement de luxe 1BR donnant sur Garfield Parkway avec vue latérale sur l'océan. Le kiosque à musique et la plage de Bethany sont juste en bas des escaliers. Piscine, cheminée, ascenseur. Boutiques et restaurants, tous accessibles à pied. Il s’agit d’un tout nouveau bâtiment achevé en août 2009. 1 place de parking.

C'est le seul appartement du complexe Blue Surf Condominium. Allez à la plage, au kiosque à musique ou au centre-ville de Béthanie, juste devant votre porte. Profitez de la terrasse de la piscine privée avec vue latérale sur l'océan. Nouvelle construction.

Perfect Stay

This was a really really nice place to stay for a week at the beach! Clean and comfortable, and so close to everything. Great view, walk right out to the boardwalk, pool, parking. Has everything you need. Convenient in and out.

Perfect location

This is our second year staying in this property and we continue to love it. The location is perfect (on the boardwalk, town center, and beach) and we appreciate having all the amenities too (parking, laundry machine, full kitchen, and balcony). It all makes vacationing at Bethany Beach so easy and enjoyable!

Perfect location for us

My husband and I were looking for a place close to the beach where we could also easily get to restaurants and shops. This was the perfect location for us. It was right at the boardwalk - the beach was only a few steps away. We didn’t have to get in the car once. In addition to the great location the unit was very clean and well cared for. It had a nice balcony overlooking the Main Street and access to a pool as well. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

It was what we were looking for.

Very good overall. Nice and roomy. Lighting was obnoxious. Owner should replace all bulbs with warmer type bulbs and install dimmers. Hallways full of trash and dirty.

Ocean to Bay

We came to Bethany for a bike ride. Location could not be better. 4 blocks to starting of ride. It is also 1 block to the beach and boardwalk. Unit was very clean and had everything one would want, nice bed, well equiped kitchen, comfortable and a balconey. Did i also say a fireplace, very nice since it rained one night and was fun.

couch has know sipport ,dated chairs and furnitore fair condition,some what clean ,problem with ants and seen silver fish bug and alot flys.,but room close to beach parking is for small car ,would stay again but like set on better couch and basic cable not smart tv

Perfect Location!

The perfect place to stay for two people. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and being right on the beach was an excellent advantage. You can park the car and never take it out until you leave. You do have to walk through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom so I wouldn’t stay here unless there are only two people or a family with young children. The unit is bigger and brighter than the pics. It has everything you need. Beach chairs and an umbrella and plenty of towels. The only drawback to staying on the boardwalk is delivery and garbage trucks making noise early in the mornings. If you’d like to sleep in bring earplugs. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Disappointing

This unit had ants that the owner ignored until I told her I bought disinfectant the she had sent some garbage bags and a box of Raid ant traps! Furniture is worn out and sagging Mattress was ok Bsthtub shower mats are filthy and I had to repair the toilet twice Zero pride of ownership

The unit was in very good condition

This unit was quite comfortable. That being said there were a few problems. We found upon arrival the laundry in the unit had not been done. Towels in the dryer were not finished and we had to take care of that. The washer had a load of sheets in it that were not finished so we had to finish those as well. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. There was water sitting in the bottom of the dish washer as it did not seem to drain and we could not use it the entire time we were in the unit. I called the owner of the unit to check it out and he said he would send someone over to check it. That never happened. There was only one fitted sheet for the bed but two top sheets so you could not just change the bed sheets without washing the one on the bed first. Again, the unit was very nice but the none responsiveness of the owner in fixing the problems was a 1 on a scale of 10.
