All units are Townhouses; no elevators & there is assigned parking right in front of the Townhouse. You will need to display a parking pass which will be provided. No hallways. Private entrance to the townhouse; using Keyless entry.
Fully equipped kitchen; full size appliances. Dishwasher; microwave ; gas range. Side by side. Refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water.
Large dining area with table for 6 or use the patio table outdoors.
Bags of ice are available for purchase at the beach entrance & near the Gulf Highlands pool

Screened Florida room backs up to the Large Grand Lagoon Pool .The Grande Lagoon Pool is not heated ; but others nearby are heated seasonally.

Cindyâs townhome was situated in a great location for walking to the beach as well as the pool. The restaurant and pool by the ocean were absolutely perfect for hanging out when you were tired of being sandy. The townhome has everything youâll ever need for cooking or relaxing at the beach. It was perfect for my family of 5!
Great communication with the owner. Loved the location and the short walk to the beach and back patio that leads to the pool. Showers and bathrooms were very nice and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we ever needed. 1 minute from Walmart for all those quick trips was a nice bonus. When we go back to PCB this is where weâll want to stay again.
We loved the Gulf Highlands community the close proximity to the beach and other walking distance restaurants and shops/stores. Cindy, the owner is a pleasure to work with.

The townhome was great, very spacious plenty of room. Loved the location easy walk to the beach and pool right in the backyard. The host Cindy was great with all communication. Me and my wife and our dogs loved Cindyâs townhome and would definitely be staying again
This was our 3rd trip to this complex and this was the nicest condo yet. Big, clean, very comfortable furniture, all the amenities you can think of, and the owners responded immediately with a couple of small issues we had.
We had a great time at the property. Location to the beach was wonderful, not a very far walk. We had a resort pool right in our backyard. (There are many pools on the property, so our pool was never overcrowded). The townhouse was very well stocked with beach toys, chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels, bath towels and washcloths, kitchen supplies, etc. Cindy was very quick to respond when needed- I will def be back to this property! It was perfect.
The condo is very cute, short walk to beach! Cindy was beyond helpful. Wish I enjoyed Panama City as much as I enjoyed the condo. Maybe it was the time of year but the beaches were so packed we had to look quite a while for somewhere to sit. But if you love PCB I highly recommend renting this adorable condo and trust me Cindy will respond to anything you need.
During the entire booking process, and continuing throughout checkout day, the communication exceeded our expectations.
The property itself is lovely. Itâs one of the best units in the complex, with proximity to the pool and beach access. We all loved the expansive green space behind the unit. The palm trees give a feeling of privacy and seclusion that many of the units donât have and outdoor lighting made the outdoor space usable day or night. The blackout curtains in the master bedroom and the living room offer privacy and darkness, but the lighting throughout brightens the space and makes it feel light and airy, even in the evening.
The condo had everything we needed to start our morning. Coffee, shampoo, body wash were readily available and gave us the smooth start to the morning that we needed and Wal-mart is extremely close! Our dogs were welcomed and there are waste stations throughout the complex.
I highly recommend renting this unit specifically, but I also highly recommend renting from Cindy Ross, the owner. After checkout, she called and texted because my elderly mother had misplaced quite a bit of cash while on the trip. Her cleaning staff found my motherâs stash, reported it to Cindy, and she made immediate plans to get that back to us. Integrity. Thank you to Cindy and her housekeeping.
Great condo! Very spacious and clean. Has everything you need for the beach/pool. Chairs, tubes, boogie boards and even a beach wagon and towels! Perfect accommodations for our family of 7. Excellent proximity to beach and the host could not be more lovely and attentive. Would DEFINITELY stay again!
