3 bedroom 4 bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Resort! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this spacious townhome has room for the whole family. Centrally located in Panama City Beach, Gulf Highlands is a gated, family-friendly resort with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and shuffleboard. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

$100 pet fee

You’ll find all the comforts of home with high-speed wifi, smart tv’s in every bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living room has plenty of space to watch tv, play games or read. There is an enclosed porch and outdoor patio that backs up to the canal where you can feed the fish and turtles. The largest pool in the complex is a short walk from our front door.

Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed. A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card and released after your stay.

We have a front door security camera aimed at the parking spaces. This is to provide security and footage in case of any incidents.

Great place for family!

This was a terrific space for our family of 5. We made use of the heated pools since weather was too cool for swimming at the beach. Had we wanted to play at the beach, EVERYTHING we could have possible needed was in the home for us. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for family to gather together or retreat to separate spaces. I appreciated the easy, fast communication with Trent. We were right in the middle of all the attractions we came for. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place

We had a great Time. The place was as described. It was clean. Had all utensils needed, and was also close to the beach. It has numerous pools to enjoy playgrounds for the children, tennis courts, Pickleball courts and an 18 hole mini golf course. I would highly recommend this place.

Sandpiper Retreat

We had a great stay. The apartment/condo was fully stocked and in great proximity to restaurants and the beach. The owner was great and the condo has been fully renovated.

A little slice of Heaven

Very clean. Great location. All the amenities to enjoy the pools tennis courts, putt, putt, golfing, and a day at the beach. We had nothing but a great time.

Family Vacation

The townhome was very clean. It was a fully equipped kitchen. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrella for the stay. The owner always responded to my emails within minutes. Super fast and efficient. The beach access was less than 3 minute walk. I would say this was the best townhome/condo we have stayed and would highly recommend. The townhome had three rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. We will be back.

Great location

Short walk to the beach, clean, safe, area. Close to everything. Loved that it was 2 levels. Kitchen living and dining a on bottom floor….so when we woke up early we didn’t disturb the rest of the family upstairs.

Family get-away

The owner was amazingly proactive and communicative. Beds were very comfy. Loved receiving dining recommendations from the owner - Bayou at the Beach was so good! The complex was clean and people were friendly. A short walk to the beach and the closest pool was about a minute away. We had a great time - thank you!

A Great Getaway

This was perfect for what we needed! We loved how close it was to the beach and the pools! We enjoyed meals at the Clubhouse and reading by the beach pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from cooking to spending time at the beach! It even had pickle ball equipment to use at the new pickle ball courts! Trent was great to work with. Good memories! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great Family Vacation at this Property!

We loved this property. The owner Trent was very communicative and the home was in great condition. A short walk to the beach. All the beach accessories were a huge bonus for us. We used them daily. The ability to have our dogs with us was also nice. Highly recommend!

Truly enjoyed our stay! And would strongly recommend this property for your vacation.

We enjoyed our week long vacation and we appreciate Trent’s hospitality. Not only was he helpful and always quick to respond when renting the property but also during our stay. He helped recommend a few restaurants and they were great. The property provides you with a wagon, umbrella and beach chairs making it convenient. It is a short walk to the beach in a quiet gated community. We definitely intend on returning for future stays.

Best vacation ever!

We had the best time this week at the Sandpiper retreat!! The beach items were awesome to have! Wonderful all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It was super clean and very cozy! Such an easy walk to the beach. So convenient to shopping and golfing. Was also great place for our dogs. They had a great time also. We really wanted to stay longer and will next time we come!!

Sweet getaway!

This property was perfect for my family's needs. Thank you Trent for making the entire process. Everything was pretty well stocked in the kitchen and there were tons of toys. We used the grill and made sure to leave it cleaner than we found it. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The property was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There was even beach toys, chairs, cooler and a wagon. It was just a short walk across the street to beach! The owner, Trent, was easy to get in touch with and checked on us to make sure everything was good. He gave me great food and activity recommendations as well! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Loved our experience!!

Beautifully updated townhouse within walking distance to the beach. There is even a private clubhouse on the beach with a pool!! Townhouse was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Gulf Highlands offered tennis and mini golf along with multiple swimming pools. The host was always available for any questions we might have had. This was our first time in the area and I would go back again.

Perfect Getaway

I can't say enough about this wonderful beach home. Super clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Just a short walk to the beach and close to everything. It really felt like home and private bathrooms in all bedrooms is a game changer! The home is fully stocked with everything you need besides food and Publix and Walmart are just around the corner. You can tell the owners want their guests to have the best vacation. We will definitely be back.
