180 degree Lake View From Private Villa on the Island on Lake Travis!

Casa Diana is a corner unit villa with an incredibly private balcony offering a 180-degree view of the main body of Lake Travis. Our unit juts out toward the lake and the views are stunningly beautiful. The bedroom has a soaring 2 story ceiling with walls of windows overlooking the lake. Enjoy dining al fresco on the balcony while enjoying a fabulous sunset view over the lake. This is by far one of the best, most private balcony locations on the Island and is closest to the lake, pools, hot tubs, gym and restaurant. This particular unit is located directly across the lake from the popular cliff jumping and slack lining (walking on tight ropes over cove) area of Pace Bend Park. The beautiful limestone cliffs and rocky coves can be accessed via kayaks and or stand up paddles boards. It is so much fun to watch the cliff divers/jumpers from our balcony. Pace Bend Park has nine miles of undeveloped shoreline on Lake Travis and is one of the most popular areas in the Highland Lakes region. Our unit is facing the main body and is located on a very deep stretch of the lake with gorgeous limestone bluffs so our view is spectacular.

This older resort style property offers: 2 outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs, 1 indoor lap pool (newly refinished and re-opening in late September), hot tub, dry sauna, fitness center, luxurious full service on-site spa for massages, mani/pedis, etc., newly refinished tennis/ pickle ball courts. There is also lake access, onsite parking, boat docks with daily rentals upon request, day dock for fishing, 2 onsite shared coin operated washer/dryer facilities and free WIFI throughout the complex.

Casa Diana is beautifully decorated and has 2 large screen TV's, games, pickle ball rackets and balls, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, plus regular Mr. Coffee maker for brewing full size pot with timer option and common spices. Wake up to an amazing view of the lake right outside your bedroom windows. This unit has a king sized bed. Being a corner unit, there are no units located above or on one side of this unit so it is very quiet.

You can be totally relaxed on ‘Island’ time! We have a beautiful onsite lakeview restaurant and bar. There is an onsite boutique store, A Beautiful Place to Be, where you can rent stand-up paddle boards, tennis/pickle ball rackets with balls, frisbee golf equipment and chic ‘Island Attire’, etc. We have a full service onsite spa to get wonderful massages and or mani/pedi’s. FYI---Downtown Austin is 50 minutes away! There are deer and wild life on the Island. Pickle ball rackets and balls are provided in our unit. The community is very quiet and mixed with full time residents and short term renters. This is NOT a party destination!!! It's a place to relax and get away from it all.

A maximum of 2 guests are allowed! If you violate these terms, you will be subject to forfeiting your security deposit and will be asked to leave with no refund of rents paid. There is onsite security to enforce violations and we have a Ring doorbell.
