Shell Yeah! is the ultimate beach house for a dream vacation. You pay zero service fees! This custom-built beauty has an open interior, with stunning gulf and bay views. It`s in a prime spot to explore everything the peninsula has to offer. You`ll also enjoy outdoor seating, a playscape, and a luggage lift (for an additional fee).

This beach house is a slice of paradise. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the airy and cozy living room. The kitchen has everything you need to create mouthwatering meals for your loved ones, making you feel right at home.
But there’s more to this place than the indoors. Step outside and experience the beach life. You can relax on the outdoor seating, listen to the waves and feel the breeze on the top deck. And if you’re in the mood for some grilling, you’ll love the long tiki bar and grilling area, where you can mingle and cook up some tasty treats.
And when you need some downtime, you can lounge on the chairs, read a book, or take a nap. And when you’re ready to sleep, the bedrooms have comfy beds with space for everyone. This beach house is the ultimate destination for a fun and unforgettable vacation!

You can park your car on the driveway. A lockbox is located upstairs next to the front door.

I will not be present in person but I try to get to all messages within 30 minutes at the most, but typically within a few minutes if not instantly.

Tidelands is a development that`s not too crowded and has a private beach access.

The golf cart is available for rent for a small fee and is a great and easy way to get to the beach.

To ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable stay, I want to make sure you have all the information you need before you arrive. The house can only be accessed by taking the stairs.And for your peace of mind, we have a security camera that keeps watch over the driveway. Also, bring bug spray, the mosquitos can get really bad in Crystal Beach!

The cargo lift is available for an additional fee and is designed to make your stay more convenient. It’s perfect for transporting luggage, groceries, and other items to the upper deck without the hassle of carrying them up the stairs. Please note that the lift is strictly for cargo use and is not intended for carrying people..

The golf cart is available for rent, send me a message and ask me how to rent it. It`s a 6-seater, plenty of space to haul chairs, canopies, sand toys and people to the beach and it comes with a Bluetooth speaker.
*Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay.*
-Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
-DO NOT PARK UNDER THE HOUSE. Park only on the concrete driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle
-Absolutely NO SMOKING
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there`s any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I`ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. -Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
-Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
-Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. PLEASE CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE •
-If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
-Do not pour grease down the drains.
-If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (We understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact us so we can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
-Please lock doors and windows upon departure.
-If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
-If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
-We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. • By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
-Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
