It showcases a neutral pallet of coastal themed finishings and furnishings throughout to elicit the tranquil and serene environment desired for a home-away-from-home Texas Gulf Coast beach vacation.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the sea air while taking in the views and sounds of the ocean on the front deck. Enjoy afternoons and evenings on the partially-covered expansive back deck admiring the coastal grandeur, where dolphins can be spotted in the surf and squadrons of brown pelicans can be seen floating overhead. The back deck features a comfy outdoor seating area and a high top 6 person dining table that maximizes the views of our gorgeous public beach which is wholly unpolluted by cars.

The Sea Shanty boasts an open concept floor plan with a spacious dining area, kitchen bar seating, a sizable wet bar, and the comfortable living room features a 75” Smart TV viewable from all areas of the main living space.

The Ocean Bedroom, featuring a king bed, an en-suite bath with large walk-in shower, and access to the back deck, adjoins the main living space while maintaining privacy from the remaining three bedrooms. The Bird Bedroom, featuring a king bed and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo, offers access to the front deck. The Oyster Bedroom, featuring a king bed, shares the hall bath and offers access to the front deck. The Bunk Room features 3 single bunks, shares access to the hall bath, and maintains security from all outside access. All Bedrooms feature smart TVs for your viewing pleasure, just bring your log-ins!

The utility room, located just off the kitchen, is equipped with HE front-loading stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

At the ground level, the Sea Shanty offers an outdoor shower to de-sand from a day at the beach, a picnic table, a gas grill, and parking for 4 vehicles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Sea Shanty, exterminated monthly for mosquitos and quarterly for additional pests for added guest comfort, requires a minimum rental age of 28 years, and a 2 night minimum stay. We regret that pets can not be permitted.
