Quiet with amazing views

Quiet location with amazing views of Redding. Everything about the property was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

My husband and I got married in Redding so we came back this year to celebrate our 5 year anniversary with our 2 year old boy. We really enjoyed the stay, It was private, quiet, and the hot tub was a nice touch!

Wonderful stay in Redding

Great location, bedroom, kitchen, view, set up inside, hot tub(!), access. . . Host was great, very easy to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. We stayed with a 4 year old in the living room and it was nice to have a door between us, unlike a hotel. Would definitely recommend to others and would come back.

Highly recommend!

We had an wonderful stay! Checking in was easy and communication with the host was excellent! The best part of our stay was the incredible view! Waking up to sunrises over the mountains was so dreamy. The location was close to everything you could need. This space was so cute and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again the future.

Beautiful stay

I absolutely recommend this place! I stayed in Redding for a conference. The place was so cute. The only thing was that I was cold the whole time due to the heat being broken. That’s not their fault but was super thankful for extra blankets and The small space heater and the bed was super comfy! The hot tub was a dream and the view amazing! I did have to wait to get into the place as the cleaning lady came late but she went fast and the place was really clean. It was perfect for just me and had everything I needed

great place, but....

This is a lovely, one bedroom apartment that looks out on a pleasant backyard with view of the valley beyond.There is a couch in the living room with great light for reading and you have a view of the garden from there. The unit is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, even popcorn packages for the microwave--which we took advantage of! The bed is large and comfortable. The spa in the back was clean and the perfect temperature. Victoria, who was our local contact, was very good about communicating with us and responsive to our requests. We, unfortunately, had to contact her several times because we did not control the heating in the unit. The renters upstairs do. Long story short, we left early because this was just not working out for us. Victoria was very apologetic and she refunded us our entire stay (minus the $50 that VRBO kept). That was kind of her and she says they plan to either split the HVAC system or put in mini splits. That would make this property just perfect. It is really cute and the price is great for what you get.

Cozy and unique

My wife and I recently got married and spent our honeymoon here. The place is perfect for couples and very spacious for a studio. Very private and very amazing hosts. Hope to come back again in the future! 😁

Loved our Stay at Studio 53

We loved the amount of space! Enjoyed a hot tub nightly… had it to ourselves. King bed and pillows were very comfy. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of the city. We’ll be back ❤️ Thanks Abby & Victoria

Positive experience

I enjoyed my time here! Would stay again. Minor cleaning issues but nothing major. The air conditioning is not controlled by you, it’s controlled by the owner. They were pretty responsive to turn on/up the air when requested.

Trip up north

This unit has a wonderful view and is a beautiful unit under the main house, so lower apartment experience with noise. Which is a bit confusing with other reviews saying it is quiet. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I wish the description was a bit clearer before and after we made our reservation which would have helped us have apropriate expections of the stay. To have the tempature warmer or cooler you need to communicate to the manager your wishes, there is no thermostat in unit. It was a different experience for us, I have not communicated with the owner or manager so many times during a stay at a home and that really isn't what I want to do during a stay. The response was prompt however which were were greatful for. We always appreciate the homes that are opened up to us and yours is no exception. Enjoy

Beautiful view!

Wonderful stay! Clean, quiet & cozy. Super nice setup with awesome view of the city. The sunrises were beautiful. The hot tub was the perfect temp. Great place!

Great place to stay

Enjoyed our stay here while visiting friends and family for Christmas. Clean, quiet and the most comfortable bed ever! The bedroom did get warm at times and we had no access to adjust temperature. But overall, we would definitely recommend.

Will definately stay here again

The property was easy to get to with parking specifically for VRBO guest. View was very nice and the property was clean. Minor issue with electrical in kitchen but not too much of an inconvenience. Nice hot tub but may need to be shared with others (main house) outside of designated hours. overall I would definately book this again when staying in Redding.

Was a wonderful location and property was very inviting.

We enjoyed the property. We had a small inconvenience with hot water in the kitchen but the property manager was quick to try to remedy the situation. We would definitely stay there again!

I'm from Costa Mesa, but am so happy to now be living in Redding California. This area has so much that I love. I enjoy spending time with friends and in the outdoors. You can find me taking a hike to one of the many local waterfalls, Heart lake, or visiting one of my favorite coffee shops.
