Pristine 5 bedroom Condo steps from the quiet north end of the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk! Renovated in 2021 this upscale unit is perfect for a family vacation! Amenities include a garage with additional off street parking, private outdoor shower, beach tags, cable, wireless internet and a workstation.

The Upper Cottage master suite is massive and provides a quiet sanctuary away from the main floor. A huge covered deck is an outdoor space where the entire family can relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the 3 private bedroom decks!

The home is located only a few houses from the quiet north end of the boardwalk. With over 2,500 sq/ft of living space there is plenty of room for your family to spread out and take advantage of the units 2 levels. Spacious, comfortable beach house for a group!

This lovely, clean, well-equipped beach house was perfect for our group get-together of recently retired friends. It had everything we needed, lots of bedrooms, and a nice big living room/dining/kitchen area for hanging out. The location close to the boardwalk was great. We had such a great time!

Brandon was very responsive to all communications. This vacation rental had the ideal layout for a group of seven adults. We had ample space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The well-equipped kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch off the dining & living room was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location was ideal, offering easy access to everything we needed while being set in a quiet area close to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone planning to stay in this area.

Fantastic Stay Near the Boardwalk!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was beautifully maintained and very close to the boardwalk, making it convenient for all our activities. A place worth staying at

It was a great place to stay. Bedrooms were nice, especially the master bedroom on the top floor. It was great having the balcony to sit on after long busy days. The whole process of renting and gaining access when we arrived was very easy, with no problems. It is a place worth staying at and would definitely stay there again

Very frustrating that check-in information was not provided until the morning of the arrival day! The house itself was wonderful - fully appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils and updated appliances. Location (1 block from beach) was superb. Can strongly recommend!

This house is spacious and beautiful! Perfect for large families. It close to the beach, boardwalk and walkable to downtown shopping. Great location, plentiful bedding and beautiful decor!

Our girls weekend trip was incredibly easygoing relaxing and fun. The location is prime, the property was very clean and comfortable. The owner’s communication was great during our stay although lagged initially (prior to our visit) and I had a time lag from question to response not longer than five days. Our winter stay (Mid February 2023)was very private and the community was quiet and tranquil. We would recommend this place to everyone who loves being close to the beach and needs plenty of beds.

Great space!

Brandon was helpful and personable to work with leading up to our stay. The space was nice, especially the front outdoor porch. We used the house for a 50th anniversary family trip for my parents. The third floor suite was a nice gift for them to have private space. The only thing I would note to anyone considering this space is that there are a lot of stairs that could be an issue with older guests.

Christmas in Ocean city

The condo was clean and we had plenty of room for the 11 of us. When we arrived the temperature outside was around 12 degrees so the fireplace was great. Once the weather warmed up we walked the short block to the boardwalk and found some stores to explore and looked at the incredible view. Great location we also went to Atlantic City to watch an IMAX movie.

The home was beautiful! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bedroom was very big and private upstairs. Outdoor balcony was very pretty. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. Cute neighborhood. Brandon kept in touch and answered our questions.

Great location!

My family and I loved our stay at Brandon’s beach house! It was only one block’s walk from the boardwalk and beach! Even my 20-month old granddaughter was able to manage this distance! It was about a 10-minute walk from the amusement rides along the boardwalk. Everything was so convenient. Brandon was also very responsive to my messages. I really appreciated this!

Our rental experience at this property was amazing! The house was beautiful, super clean, and incredibly spacious. We really loved the open layout. The owner, Brandon, couldn’t have been any kinder! He was available to answer every question we had, and provided detailed instructions as to how to access the house and use various amenities throughout the weekend. This property provided more than enough space for our entire family, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms throughout the home! The location was perfect— just a block away from the boardwalk and beach, which we loved! I highly recommend Brandon’s property to anyone looking to visit OCNJ. We can’t wait to come again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Brandon’s house for our son's first birthday celebration! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of the property. My husband and I spend a lot of time in Ocean City, NJ. I’m originally from the area and now come back to visit family regularly, which means we’ve stayed in dozens of rental properties and this was my favorite one so far! Not only was the property spotless, but we had ample amount of room for everyone to gather and hang out; the 18 foot ceiling in the living room also made the space feel huge whereas a lot of beach houses feel tight. The porch was perfect, big enough for two tables and a fantastic view of the boardwalk/ocean. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that the master was on its own floor, which is nice when you’re spending all day and night with family!! Finally the cherry on top was how nice and responsive the owner was - it’s nice getting to speak to a friendly person! Would 10000% stay again!

Exceeded Expectations!

This is a beautiful house with great spaces to allow us and our adult children to get together, relax, and strengthen relationships. Master bedroom is huge, kitchen large enough for several people to work in, and a great covered deck where we ate most of our meals. Quick walk to the beach and boardwalk and quiet at night. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Perfect

This property was perfect for our family of nine. Lots of living space, a beautiful front porch, a back deck and third floor deck for a little privacy, and a great location. While it’s close to the boardwalk, it’s a quiet section, but a short walk to rides and shops. It’s an easy walk to the beach, that even our 2 year old could make without being carried. Brandon was a pleasure to work. There are quite a few steps, so if you have someone in your family who is older or can’t take steps this might not be the property for you. We loved it!

My wife (Stef) and I (Brandon) recently were able to realize the dream of owning a beach property in Ocean City NJ. We have 5 children (2 boys and 3 girls) ranging in age from 2 - 10 years old. We live in central Pennsylvania near Hershey PA and our life is a whirlwind, but we wouldn't change anything.
Stef grew up in central NJ and spent summers in LBI and Seaside Park, and I grew up in PA vacationing in OCNJ every summer. We are looking forward to making many memories in our ocean city house, and we hope some other families can do the same while we are not using it!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

For years we had taken the long walk to the beach with all the gear needed to support a family from various rentals in OCNJ. When we were presented with a 5 bedroom house that was steps away from the beach block we could not wait to eliminate that long walk to the beach.

The property sits just off the beach, on the quiet north end of the boardwalk (3rd St and Corinthian Ave). No noise at night!

The unit is large and has plenty of room to spread out as a family. The third floor "upper cottage" is huge and has room to have a blowup mattress or pack and play in addition to the queen bed on that floor. This 3rd floor makes the 2,500 sq/ft unit feel even bigger as it is split between two levels.

The unit is super clean and all bathrooms, flooring, decks, paint and carpet were re- done in 2021.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We provide beach tags for your group, plenty of outdoor dinning and seating on the 3 decks of the unit. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would want or need utensil and equipment wise.

Garage and private off street parking are part of the unit. A normal size outdoor shower with hot water and a full size door you can close is a nice upgrade when returning from the beach.
