The vacation stay at this property was exceptional. This was my first time using VRBO and I had specific reasons for picking this property. Number one was location to boardwalk and beach followed by having an elevator. This property was very clean, the kitchen was stocked well for all our cooking needs. There were a couple items that needed maintenance and Victoria immediately responded to them and had her handyman fix that day. We all were extremely satisfied with our pick of this property. We hope to book in January for next year if it’s still available.

Wonderful property for large family

The property was roomy enough for the 11 of us! Kids and adults had a great time. Close to beach boardwalk and shopping We will def stay here again

Great property. We’ve bee going to OCNJ for many years and our friends had a condo very close to this property so we were familiar with the area. It’s a close walk to the beach and also not far from shopping and food off the boardwalk. Would absolutely book this property again.

Late summer stay

Late summer vacation after Labor Day was just why we were looking for before we have school aged kids. Very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and town center.

Perfect location. Host was super friendly and helpful. Communication was terrific before, during and after our stay. House was in great condition and had everything we needed. Loved everything was on the same floor. One downside was noisy neighbors on floor above us the first two days.

Fabulous Property and Host

The property location is perfect for all ages. The Hosts included everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are quite comfortable. Relaxing on the large covered porch was a highlight of our mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay here again! Excellent property and hosts!

Great location

The bunk beds are okay for kids but the mattresses are not comfy for adults but that’s typical! We enjoyed the large great room and porch, and in May the traffic and crowds were much less.

GREAT Property

This was our second time staying here and we love it. It's in a great location. There's plenty of space, so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. It's a beautiful property that is well-maintained. They provide a number of thoughtful amenities. Seriously, just can't recommend it enough!

Perfect family getaway

The property is beautiful and location could not be better. A short walk up 9th street to the boardwalk. It was very spacious and clean. They had just about everything you would need from an amenity standpoint and having an elevator was huge help for my elderly parents. Lastly the property manager/owner was responsive when needed. We will definitely being staying again!!

Perfect for our family!

Plenty of space, both personal (five bed rooms, three with ensuite baths) and group living - large tables in dining room and on covered balcony, plus huge island and everything we needed in the kitchen! Spotless and comfortable. Will definately be back.

We stayed in this house for a week with family! It was the perfect house and it fit all of our needs! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants! Victoria was amazing to work with! No complaints here! We had toddlers, teens, young adults and adults and it accommodated us all! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Awesome Beach Week - Great Property

The property was as described on VRBO. Immaculately clean. Check-in process was the easiest I've ever experienced. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk with only one traffic light. Will probably return next year.
