Grand Haven Condo

This condo was an excellent choice for my family, enough space for 10. It was clean, comfortable and the amenities were good. We had babies with us so the open concept of the condo provided enough space to hold strollers and wagons. The location is walkable to downtown.

Hassle free stay in great location!!

The hosts made our stay here effortless. We were beyond pleased with the updated and clean accommodations. The location provided flexibility to explore our immediate and regional surroundings. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The location made it easy to get to everything in downtown Grand Haven. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was very impressed with the amount of kitchen ware that was there. I would highly recommend staying here and would be happy to visit again.

Perfect for a Family Stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family's stay. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the patio was a nice addition to watch evening sunsets. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs space setup with many things to ensure they're entertained and comfortable as well. Our family will be staying here again in the future!

Grand Haven family vacation

Stayed at this condo for our family vacation. Condo was a good size for our family. The upstairs loft area was perfect for kids to play. We liked the location. Short walk into town and easy access to the main road. Lots of food options within walking distance .

Wonderful Weekend

Our stay at Grand Landing was wonderful, as always. The condo was very clean and was equipped with everything that we needed for the weekend. We had 6 adults and everyone was comfortable. Access was easy and the building is conveniently located. The owners were very gracious and communicative as well. A pleasure. We will stay here again for sure.

Girls Weekend

Location was easy to get to both downtown with Coast Guard fest festivities, as well as Grand Haven shops and restaurants. Parking was extremely easy, condo spacious for everyone to have their own space, yet enjoy being together in the living room. Internet, cable TV (Olympics) and plenty of toilet paper, just make the stay more luxurious and less camping compared to other rentals.

Fun in the sun!

If I could give this property above 5 stars I would! The hosts were nothing but accommodating, informative and generous people. We had a fantastic beach stay that was fully equipped due to the preparation of the hosts. Check in and parking was super easy. The location was also amazing. Overall a 10/10!

Short and sweet stay

We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday. It was a beautiful condo! Very well maintained and stocked with beach gear and other kitchen supplies. Communication with the owner was phenomenal!! If we ever go to Grand Haven again I would definitely rent this condo again!! Thanks for everything!

Perfect Condo!

Our group enjoyed this condo so much! The location is perfect for a walk to downtown and the boardwalk. The condo was stocked with all needed items and essentials for a weekend stay. The owners have really thought of everything! We were super impressed by our stay and the spacious accommodations the condo had. Will definitely recommend to others who are staying in the area

Time with the Grand Kids

Very satisfied with the accommodations. Property is very well maintained and ideal for our needs. We thought it was closer to the water, but the short drive just afforded some additional site seeing and a visit to multiple ice cream vendors during the week. Thanks Kevin for a great week.

Amazing Family Friendly Condo

We booked this condo for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful experience! We had a 2 year old and 4 year old and it had everything we needed for a family trip and it was much bigger than I expected. The loft included many things for the kids to do and they provided everything we needed to go to the beach. It was very clean and the owner was great with communicating! It was a very short drive to downtown Grand Haven and to the beach. I would definitely stay there again if we make it back to GH!

Spacious newly renovated condo short bike to downtown!

We had a great time staying at the condo. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, all of the needed amenities provided. The loft with bunks was more spacious than pictured. A short bike ride to Washington ave. Thoroughly enjoyed walking into the clean and cool condo after a long hot day on the beach. 9 tvs total for everyone to enjoy during down time. Thank you Kevin and Erica! You’re amazing property owners.

Bachelorette Beach Weekend

Perfect place for bachelorette beach weekend! Clean, newly renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 2 bathrooms, 1 large bunk room/loft (4 twin beds, 1 trundle bed, and 1 large couch), kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, toaster, etc., coffee station stocked with Keurig, K-cups, mugs, etc. (BYO coffee creamer). Apartment complex has multiple restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. in the retail spaces at street level. Large parking lot. 10-minute drive to the beach and Noto’s. Check-in/check-out was fine, the host was able to help via text.

Must Stay!

My friends and I recently went on a senior beach trip to Grand Haven. The condo was affordable and accommodating, fitting all 10 people and being a pleasant walk from downtown access and the beach. Furthermore, we booked before the condo was renovated and we were overjoyed to stay in the updated space! The boys loved the LED lined TVs in the bunks while the girls oozed over the contemporary beach decor. There was plenty of cozy common space for game nights and cookouts, but still enough rooms to have privacy during the night. The hosts communicated quickly and promptly even before our stay and were perfect hosts. Must stay!

Memorial Day Weekend Visit

We have stayed in a number of properties from VRBO, and this was the best. Kevin had great communication from a few days before check in, all the way to check out. The unit was clean and incredibly well stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds and game area upstairs and there was a ton of space for my family of seven to spread out. Location is close to everything Grand Haven has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Initially thought the location would be questionably but it ended up being perfect. You can easily jump onto 31 if need or take side streets to get around as well. The street noise was quiet inside the condo. The condo was extremely clean and organized. All the light switches and cupboards are labeled so you know exactly where to find thinks.
