Bluff Valley Cottage:

Enjoy a cozy stay at Bluff Mountain Cottage in Sevier Co. with comfy beds and a festive Christmas tree in December! This pet-friendly (w/fee) 2-bed, 2-bath home offers a spacious driveway and carport. Perfectly located, it's 20 mins from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Maryville, with easy interstate access. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains are just 35-40 mins away. Ideal for extended stays!

This is a cozy little house with everything you need to comfortably stay a while. The best thing about this house is it's convenient location. It is located in between Knoxville and Sevierville. You can enjoy Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, and Downtown Knoxville while avoiding heavy tourist traffic. You will love visiting the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, or any other attractions offered in the area!

The kitchen if fully stocked with anything you may need to cook a meal. A charcoal grill is available, as well as a gas grill (bring your own propane tank).


The TVs are new smart TVs with access to a paid subscription to HULU.

There is a work space upstairs if you need to bring your work with you. The wifi works great!

You will have the entire house and yard. The driveway is big enough to turn around in so that you can pull out onto the road instead of backing into the road. The roads are flat and easily accessible.

The host is nearby if needed. I take great pride in making sure my houses are comfortable for guests. If anything is lacking, let me know. If you love something about the house, let me know that too!!

Seymour is located in between Knoxville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. It is a quiet town. It isn't as touristy as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This allows for a much needed break from the hustle and bustle! The Food City is located 2 minutes away from the house. There is a Walgreens .3 miles from the house.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is a 2 car port. There is room to turn a car around so you do not have to back out to access the highway.

There is a charcoal grill for the guest to use.

Perfect cottage

We had a great experience staying here. We were visiting our daughter @ college and going to a game and this was perfect. A 25 minute trip but worth being away from hectic downtown Knoxville. Very pleased with the host and excellent communication!

Had a great time staying here. Brenda was great at communicating and getting ahold of when needed. Overall great location and not too far from anything you’d like to do in the area. I would definitely book again with Brenda.

Convenient Location!

Although the house is off a busy HWY the location is perfect! The town has everything you need to use all your amenities in the cottage. Beds were comfy and the host was very friendly. Would stay again!

Nice property, conveniently located and well equipped! Close to local businesses and just far enough away from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge to be quiet and calm. The property is very clean. It was very accommodating for our two dogs. Location is perfect being right on the highway. Host was phenomenal as far as communication with us. We will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Good location!

It was really easy to travel to downtown and Gatlinburg from here! It was so nice say to get to a grocery, pharmacy, fast food, and gas station. The house is cute with a really nice BIG backyard - prefect for frisbee with the dogs!

Perfect little spot for college visit

One of our daughters is at a college only about 10 minutes from this home, so this was a perfect location for us. Bonnie was very responsive to our questions. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again when we come for visits!

A nice stay outside of the Pigeon Forge

Close enough to see things without dealing with the overcrowded areas. We only stayed one night, but I reccommend it. Brenda is super nice and kept in constant communication to make sure everything was fine.

Great location

Property and home are very well maintained and clean. Has all the comforts of home. Location was perfect for us to explore Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and surrounding areas without having to stay in a busy tourist city and spend a fortune. I have lived in Sevier Co. my entire life. I am raising two teenagers in the Seymour community, and I am a retired teacher from the local intermediate school. I enjoy hiking and boating in the area. The Great Smoky Mountains are a playground for me! Dollywood is one of my favorite places to visit! I have prepared The Bluff Mountain Cottage for travelers so that they can enjoy the area too!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is conveniently located in Sevier. Co. It's in the middle of Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. It's a great location to stay if you plan on going to a UT football game. Neyland Stadium is 20 minutes away. If you stay here, you can easily get to the touristy areas, but be out of the hustle and bustle when you are ready to rest.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The grocery store (Food City) and the pharmacy (Walgreens) are 2 minutes away. There is a Dollar Store 5 minutes away. This house is extremely convenient to anything you would need.

You can drive to the touristy areas in 30-45 minutes. This allows you to enjoy the area, while getting away from the traffic when you are ready to unwind for the day.
