Came to Gatlinburg for the Christmas parade. Everything was excellent. Only difficulties were walking up and down the hill and the difficulty in parking.
Condo was in a great location, beautiful views off the balcony, comfortable interior, nicely decorated and maintained. Owner provided coffee and tea which was greatly appreciated, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would book again!!! Owner was very responsive to all questions about the property and area, provided great insight to the restaurants things to do in the area. Thanks Roberto!!
Everyone who stayed really liked the place. Especially everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was a little small for 6 of us but we spent most of our time walking the strip so didn't use it much. Only issue we ran into was available parking and trying to turn left onto main road. However, we all agreed we would stay there again.
This home was exactly how it was described in the listing. It was close enough for us to walk to gatlinburg. The home was clean and the check in process was great. I would recommend this home to anyone that is coming to the area.
The only issue i can bring up is the beds are just awful. Felt like i was sleeping on a board. Tossed and turned all night. Two nights we were greeted by mama bear and her cubs which one was awesome! Over all great place
We stayed a week at the condo called Gatlinburg Chalet. Beautiful views from our patio. We had 3 bdrms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well supplied and we cooked several meals. Very comfortable! The property manager was gracious and very helpful. We saw bears twice in the parking lot and once on the Anakeesta trolley ride. So much fun! It was a wonderful week!
Very clean, no musty smell, very nice Property Manager (Jeff). Just a short walk to Gatlinburg as advertised. Roberto was a very helpful host and was very patient with a first timer. Highly recommended!
I and my 4 adult brotherâs get once a year and celebrate the memories of are dad and catch up!
This was a great fit enjoyed the convenience to all attractions , we will be back!
Outdated furnishings, musty odor, one of units fire alarms activated. When property manager was called, the response was â just remove it from the ceiling and deactivate it, I will fix it after you check out!â Lighting throughout the unit was really bad, virtually no overhead lighting. Bedding all needs to be replaced along with linens and rugs. Elevator not working on day of check out, had to carry everything down 4 flights of stairs. Kitchen extremely small. Not enough handicap parking(2). Not a pleasant stay! Would not recommend!
We had some issues with the ceiling in the bathroom leaking. We were told we would receive a partial refund and have not heard anything yet.
The walk into town was quite a distance for older folks.
This condo is in the middle of Gatlinburg, great location, very clean and each of the bedrooms had a connected bathroom. It was completely as advertised and very comfortable.
We enjoyed the property. The balcony was a nice place to eat and we appreciated the tables and chairs they had. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was tight squeeze. 3 bathrooms were great. Great walking distance to anything downtown. We saw a bear getting in the neighbors trash cans one night walking back from OL Red.
My 18 yo son, his friend, my husband and I all stayed in this condo. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bath was a huge plus. Secondly, this was spring break. To park our car once at the condo, then walk every day was wonderful. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and felt it was safe enough to let the boys venture out at night on their own while we stayed back to enjoy quiet time on a great 4th floor patio or on a comfy sofa. Traffic was stupid busy and we would NOT have enjoyed fighting that ina car everyday trying to get somewhere. We stayed 4 days/3 nights.
Suggestions:
*master bedroom mattress is soft and creaky when you move or roll over
*microfiber sheets need replaced with combed cotton sheets that wonât pill up and stick to you
*use weighted shower curtain liners in the bathrooms so they donât try to fly away when the shower is turned on.
We enjoyed our condo and Gatlinburg.
