Dirty and Smoky

When entering the property, the floor was filthy and a dust pan full of trash was sitting in front of the door. The room smelled of cigar smoke even though property was marked nonsmoking. The balcony door was standing open when we arrived and we couldn’t get it to lock. The trash can was full of trash and dirty dishes were in the dishwasher. We ended up leaving and getting hotel due to the smoke affecting my asthma and my campions not feeling safe due to the unlocked balcony door.

Beautiful and extremely clean

Is home as close to everything, it had everything and more we could’ve possibly needed/wantedExcellent communication with the owner. We could not have been happier! It’s really unique and really neat rental. Not only will we stay here every opportunity we get that recommend!

Great little spot but could use improvements

I recently rented this studio for my husbands birthday . We attended a football game and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient and reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for those looking for value. The bed was nice and clean, which contributed to a comfortable stay. However, there are a few recommendations I would like to share. The studio could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning prior to my arrival. While the bed was well-maintained, the bathroom vents , kitchen and balcony could have used better attention. Additionally, I found that the communication regarding check-in could have been clearer. I had to reach out to the manager for clarification, but I appreciate her quick responses once I did. As for the neighborhood, it was generally okay, though there was quite a bit of yelling outside the building. While I understand that management has limited control over external noise, it's something to keep in mind. In summary, this place is perfect for those seeking good value in a convenient location, but a little more focus on cleanliness would enhance the overall experience. That’s my only suggestion!

An excellent time in Over The Rhine

I loved the location, amenities, and space. The only issues that I had were the lights being turned off in the central stairway most of the time with no visible light switch, which did make it a bit difficult to traverse. Otherwise, I had no complaints and will definitely be keeping it in mind for future visits.

Comfortable little spot

Walking distance from Findlay Market and quick Uber ride to the University to visit my son. Gated parking. Easy to communicate with manager/owner. Would stay here again.

Great rental!

This location was everything we could have asked for and more! Great location, great communication w the host, etc. If we ever come to visit Cincinnati again I will look for this place again booking anywhere else. Thank you!

Home away from home!!!

Dirty used wash cloth still in tub, hair in tub, mirror dirty with toothpaste, dirty paper towel in kitchen sink, shredded cheese under sheets and the list goes on. Washer was broken and towels and dishes were still dirty. It’s decent if you just want a roof over your head but don’t expect cleanliness.

Super cute Studio

The Travel Getaway was perfect for our stay in Cincinnati for our daughter's graduation. We felt very safe at the property and the host was very helpful in helping us with the key and gate remote upon arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy. We did have a little trouble with the AC on the final day we were there. It just wasn't getting super cool. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

1st Trip to Cincy

Overall great studio apartment and communication with host was awesome. They were very responsive. Location was pretty good. Lots of things walkable. We walked from TQL stadium with no issues. Also good location for drigin as its right off highway and you are in the middle of things. Was a little touch and go checking in but again, host was on it at, even at 11:30 at night. Would defintely stay again.

Nice place

The place was very nice and perfect for our needs. It was confusing to find the place since you entered through the parking area, but after contacting the host, we were able to figure it out. The neighborhood is up and coming, but still a little iffy. My only complaint is that our key fob to open the gate quit working. I contacted the host and someone was supposed to get back to me but never did. We didn’t need our car, but if we had, it would have been an issue.

Lovely place in OTR

We stayed for 4 nights. Had a bit of trouble with a wet gate opener, but the owner was a great communicator and issue was resolved. Place was darling and immaculate--especially liked sitting out on the balcony in the morning and evenings. It was a short walk to Findlay Market and other otr sites. A bit surprised at the foodbank right outside, but everyone was respectful and nice. Bed was comfortable, linens clean; a box of kleenex would have been nice, tho! we got in okay, but I would offer to rewrite the entry instructions! ie, first, find lockbox on fence to lower right of gate. second, once open,, find the key to apt and remote to gate :). We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay!

Great and affordable studio w/ proximity to downtown Cinci!

The property is a nice studio w/ great decor and arrangement of furniture, etc. The balcony is a real treasure. The neighborhood is a neighborhood. It's not pristine downtown but the price is right, and you can walk to all the Cinci attractions in a few minutes. Came for a wedding and this was a great HQ close to all the events, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome spot

This property was excellent. Loved the private parking with the gated lot. Such a cute little apartment awesome for a couples getaway in the city easy 20 min walk distance to the downtown area and lots of great nightlife also.
