Réveillez-vous avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac, passer la journée sur la plage de sable blanc dans votre cour arrière, et regarder le coucher de soleil sur l'eau de l'une des nombreuses terrasses ou vérandas extérieures privées. Ce nouvellement construit, immaculée 7500 m² maison est située directement sur le lac Michigan au sommet d'une des falaises les plus bas de la région. Les clients sont accueillis à l'étage principal par un spacieux salon contemporain avec foyer au bois, plafonds voûtés, et un mur de 2 étages de fenêtres donnant sur le lac. Le salon ouvre sur la terrasse meublée en plein air, une chambre de maître massif, cuisine state-of-the-art, et salle à manger chacune avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. chef de cuisine gastronomique dispose Loup poêle à 6 brûleurs à gaz, double four, 2 lavabos surdimensionnés, 2 lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur Subzero, et refroidisseur de vin. Salle à manger peut accueillir 8-10. La tanière avec canapé en coupe confortable et la télévision par satellite ouvre en grand lac véranda. A l'étage, vous trouverez 3 chambres supplémentaires, un salon et 2 salles de bains.


A proximité de la propriété :: The Beach House est situé directement sur la plage au sommet d'une des falaises les plus bas dans l'ensemble de Southwest Michigan. Le blanc, rivage de sable est à quelques pas de votre porte arrière et le pont. Cette plage est partagé uniquement par les résidents et les invités de Frankliln Rd & la proximité Streed Street. Notre propriété est nichée le long de la rive du lac sur une petite route de campagne entre les vieux arbres majestueux et de verdure. La maison est à distance de marche (ou une très courte distance en voiture) de la gastronomie, un café décontracté, épicerie et dépanneur, boulangerie, épicerie, salon de cocktail. Nous sommes plus qu'heureux d'accueillir les invités avec des informations sur les restaurants locaux, parcs, vignerons, le shopping, les activités et événements spéciaux.

Les choses à faire dans la région :: Award salle gagnante dans la zone comprend américaine, française, du Moyen-Orient, et des restaurants italiens. Saint Julian & Round Barn Vignobles ont tous deux salles de dégustation environ 1 mi. de la maison. cartes des sentiers de vin fournissent un excellent guide pour une balade de caves locales ou planifier une visite avec chauffeur pour votre groupe. Tant le lac Michigan et de la rivière à proximité Galien sont d'excellents cours d'eau pour les amateurs de kayak et de canoë. Seulement 5 miles de là, dans la ville portuaire de New Buffalo, vous trouverez le nouvellement construit, magnifiquement paysagé Four Winds Casino avec ses plus de 3000 machines à sous, salle du World Poker Tour, steakhouse, et un immense buffet. Lovely house. Best views around and great beach access

Fantastic weekend spent in Union Pier! The house was great, especially if you’re going to be doing any cooking! Nice fire pit, nice beach access. Lots of space in the house. The views were amazing. We saw two shooting stars, the Chicago skyline, a satellite, and all the stars imaginable.

The Perfect Family Gathering Place

This was the perfect rental property for our family. From the first communication with Nessa, we knew that this was going to be a great experience. She was very detailed in her description of the house, which was spot on. She was responsive, leading up to the arrival date, when we had questions. She met us at the house and walked us through, taking the time to give us all of the information we needed. The house itself was very clean. It was laid out perfectly for a large family with kids of all ages. Large bedrooms, great bathrooms (mostly en-suite), amazing living spaces with plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, huge fully stocked kitchen with more than enough appliances and utensils, and a backyard beachfront space that was picture perfect. Bottom line, amazing and attentive owner of a phenomenal property. Can’t wait to come back.

A wonderful long weekend getaway for our family.

We were looking for a home with lots of space, but more importantly, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and a private beach where the kids can play. This home had privacy, unbelievable views from every window facing west (and of course, the deck and backyard) along with spacious bedrooms and a huge great room. It was a great setting overall and would love to come back again someday.

Amazing location, huge house

This is a giant house in an amazing location. You can't beat the beach access and the large back yard with the fire pit. The decks provide a great space to watch the sunset. The house itself is huge with plenty of space. The kitchen amenities are nice with a high end gas range and nice refrigerator. The house itself could use some minor work, there are several unfinished holes in the drywall (probably where speakers were once supposed to go), and a few of the electrical outlet spaces are also unfinished. You can see some wires within these holes, none of which are bare, but these definitely make the house look unfinished and could potentially pose a hazard to an unsupervised child who could pull on the wires. With some minor to moderate contracting work to finish the inside, this house would be 5 star across the board. All in all, these issues are mostly cosmetic, but with such an amazing house in an amazing location, it would be beneficial for the owners to put a little work into the place to make it feel less unfinished. These issues are in no way a game changer and overall the house serves its purpose with plenty of space in an amazing location (you'll probably be spending most of your time outside anyway with such an amazing view!).

Location location location

Situated on Lake Michigan, mornings and evenings are nothing short of spectacular at this house. S’mores at your private fire pit. Twice daily Long Beach walks. Game night overlooking the sunsets. Owner was very responsive and lovely. House is big and has many wonderful attributes, the best of which is its bank of windows overlooking the lake, the large backyard, privacy, lots of spaces to read a book or relax. We had a great week there. On thing though. The house is accessible only by long stairway so not ideal for elderly or Handicap. If you can deal with that, this is a wonderful place to spend a week.

perfect vacation

My family stayed in this home last month. It was our favorite home and we have been staying in this area every year for 7 years. There is space and privacy for everyone especially when there are adults who do not want to share a bath. The beach is very close and in good condition. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and they were very minor. I appreciate that the property is professionally managed and they were very nice and accommodating. The kitchen and dining space is great and we loved the outdoor areas.

Definitetly coming back!!

I've been coming to SW Michigan for quite some time (since the late 80s)and have rented many places. With that in mind, this by far is one of my favorites, if not THE favorite! It was a definite upgrade for our family, and worth every penny. We wanted a place close to the beach, clean, spacious, and convenient. Well, we got much more than that. First of all, the location is perfect. You'll get totally spoiled with your private beach access. (Trust me, this is important during the summer). As soon as you enter the house, you'll immediately see gorgeous lake views and blue skies. The house itself is beautiful ...high ceilings, pastel like colors, huge windows everywhere, (my fav) and a spacious floor plan. The rooms are very good sizes and clean. My favorite was the Master BR on the main level (incl huge en suite bathroom) and deck. The bedrooms upstairs are also very nice. There's another Bedroom (en suite) w its own deck area, and all of the beds were pretty comfortable which is a big deal for me.The gourmet kitchen was perfect for people who love to cook, or just chill w a glass of wine while someone else cooks!! There's also a large screened in porch area off the kitchen, in case you wanted to eat outside. Or you can just sit and chill, watch TV, read a book, and just lay around. By the way, if you have kids or teens, the lower level is ideal for them. They'll have their own personal space, while the adults have their own fun upstairs. But the best part after a long day at the beach, was coming back to the house and chilling some more by hanging out on the deck. I never knew Michigan sunsets were so beautiful!!!! The lake is so expansive, you sometimes feel like you're staring out at the ocean. Overall, we had a great time. We do plan on making this our yearly "close to home" vacation. Once you leave Chicago traffic and get to this place, you'll understand why it's worth the drive. Can't wait to come back.

Huge Disappointment!

Upon check-in we quickly noticed that the floors were covered with sand and dog hair! We were told 3 dogs had stayed there prior to our stay. The property was simply not cleaned properly after their departure. The stove had a gas leak and reeked of gas. We did bring this to their attention upon arrival, but nothing was ever done about it. At check-in we were informed of the non-working ovens and beverage refrigerator, but soon discovered the list of broken appliances went beyond these. You may want to consider bringing your own bath towels since the washing machine is stuck on "quick wash". Who knows how clean any of the linens could possibly be. Throughout the entire home there are exposed wires of all sorts coming out of the walls and ceilings. The home is covered with blue painters tape. It is on top of switches, across outlets, marking door handles, and even x's on windows. Broken french doors at the master are held together by a child safety lock which prevents them from blowing open completely, but keep you up at night as they blow slightly open and closed repeatedly. The blinds stop 6" from the bottom of the windows of the 1st floor master and are completely missing from the french doors of the 2nd master, several faucets leaked, and there is missing trim, shelving, appliances, toilet paper holder......Truly, the list of issues goes on and on. Most appalling of all the problems, was the day THE POWER WAS CUT. Yes, turned off because of lack of payment not a storm rolling in. We spent the day stressing over our food spoiling, calling around to resolve the issue, constantly running back up to the house for updates, searching the house for candles and flashlights.....A vacationer's dream, right!? While the view is gorgeous and the home has potential, the owner and property manager are in over their heads. This home does not deliver what is shown in the listing or worth the price.

Huge Disappointment!! So many false allegations by an entitled guest, written months later The guest was upset that his party was unable to check in 3 hours early. Without authorization they used the outdoor premises and beach anyway. Upon check in an oral review of house procedures and rules was provided as well as a written copy RESPONSE TO ALLEGATIONS The floors were NOT “covered with sand and dog hair.” The housekeeping mgr. returned after check in and was told there were no issues other than some sand at the back entrance The stove did NOT have a gas leak. No smell of gas! The home has 4 ovens. The party was informed at check in that 1 oven wasn’t working. They said they'd be grilling outdoors or eating out The stackable washer and dryer were fully functional, a demonstration was given at check in There are 9 terrace doors, each with a locking stationary door and a swing door. When guests open the stationary door they have difficulty locking it down. Blue tape was put on all stationary door handles to remind guests not to use that door. If the stationary door isn't properly locked down, high winds can “blow open” both doors resulting in costly damage Blinds; All bedroom doors are fully covered The power outage occurred and was resolved during the day. Candles and flashlights would NOT have been necessary. Guests were updated hourly and responded “no worries, we are at the beach” BOTTOMLINE Other than the power outage, no other correspondence or complaint was made until the NIGHT PRIOR to departure. The owner apologized and offered monetary compensation and subsequently received a text from the renter saying "I find your offer less than acceptable and the next communication will be from my attorney” The guest checked out the following morning. Housekeeping arrived and found the following list of RULE INFRACTIONS and DAMAGES DIRTY DISHES in both sinks and both dishwashers. 1 sink was backed up with standing water and clogged with debris. Food and beverages left on counters and in refrigerators GARBAGE BAGS left IN home INDOOR furniture moved OUTSIDE, a 300 lb Bar dragged across floor RAIN SOAKED FURNITURE CUSHIONS and BROKEN deck chair BROKEN GARBAGE DISPOSAL filled with debris DOG HAIR AND PET STAINS on floor, rugs, and furniture Guest did NOT have authorization to bring a pet. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required NOTE: GUEST DECLINED DAILY MAID SERVICE. IS IT ANY WONDER WHY? APPARENTLY, THE RULES DON'T APPLY TO THEM!

Absolutely fantastic!!

This was an incredible home and we spent a fantastic week here. Plenty of space, beautiful setting with lots of decks for viewing the lake from different levels. The home was wonderfully furnished with lots of comfortable places and nooks to relax. The kitchen and bathrooms were stunning. We loved it and plan on staying again next year!

Can't beat the views

Beautiful and large home on a quiet lane. House is spacious and was clean when we arrived. We've been renting in Michigan for years and this is nicest place we've seen.
