This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood.
You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort!
All bedrooms have king sized beds, and the sofa in the living room has a pull-out bed, so as many as eight people can stay in comfort.
The quiet master bedroom has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms, located on the other side of the apartment, share a luxurious large bathroom with an enclosed "tub in shower" design. One bedroom includes a door that opens out to the front balcony. The other back bedroom provides a view of the colorful and historic "Ladies of the Court" houses.
This apartment is located on the third floor of Maison 226. Because this is a historic building, there is no elevator, and the floor is not handicap accessible.
We were able to park our cars for the weekend and walk through all of downtown. Easy access to trail heads and bath houses. Suite was clean and well appointed. 5/5 would stay again.
Beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable! This rental has everything you need. Definitely recommend for those looking to stay in downtown Hot Springs.
I liked the place. Itâs at a good location and is well decorated and comfortable. I had really good sleep on the mattress here.
However, I expected better value. The washer was loud and quite stinky, the WiFi was super slow, the dining seats were a bit too high for the table, the balcony lights didnât work and the seats looked dirty and covered with leaves.
Parking was only available on the street and when we arrived there was no available space. The owner came to show us a couple of private spots they had on the side and on the back of the building, so we could finally park.
Overall the suite was really nice, but for the cost, I was looking forward for a more premium experience.
Wonderful location right downtown. Close to bathhouse row and the park. Great kitchen and the very best spaces you could ask for. The hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was amazing. Definitely the best weâve seen in a while
We had a wonderful stay! We came in for Derby Weekend and were able to walk to both of our dinner reservations and had a short drive to the track. The accommodations were perfect! We especially enjoyed the large patio. We will
be back!
We could not have been happier with our stay at Maison 226. The Louis Armstrong suite was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It comfortably slept 6 women and provided everything we needed. It's in a great location, right next to lots of shopping and restaurants. Sonya was extremely responsive and helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed and had lots of great recommendations. She was a wonderful host.
