Come and enjoy all that Payson has to offer at Little Bear Cabin which has room for the whole family or a group of friends. Plenty of space to spread out, play outdoor games, enjoy a BBQ, roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit or just relax on the front porch. 3 bedroom/ loft /2 full bathrooms/ Full kitchen.
Pet friendly with a large fenced in front and backyard. ( Max 2 dogs).
Located in a residential neighborhood within minutes to downtown Payson, community parks, movies, bowling, museums, restaurants, shops, beautiful scenic hikes, fishing, golf and more.
Activities: You can bring your ATV's, dirt bikes, or mountain bikes and go around town or to one of Payson's many off road trails. Also close to Green Valley Park and Rumsey park which offers plenty to do with the family or friends.
Lakes: Rent or bring your own Kayaks and small boats at Woods Canyon lake, fishing.
Close to events and activities: Concerts in the park at Green Valley park in the summer, seasonal Farmers Market, Car shows, Seasonal Rodeos, 4th of July Fire works and more.
5 minutes from Rumsey park: Pickleball, skate parks, tennis courts, Dog park, basketball, baseball fields and more, playgrounds, library.
Popular Hikes: Tonto Natural bridge, Christopher creek , water wheel, Horton Creek, Boulders Loop and more. Lakes: Woods Canyon, Willow springs, Green Valley, Bear Canyon.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft. Stairs to loft and 3rd bedroom. Primary bedroom and Second bedroom down stairs.
2 full bathrooms downstairs. Full Kitchen. BBQ with propane.
Large covered patio out front and small deck outback.
Outdoor picnic table with seating in backyard near BBQ.
HVAC with separate temperature controls for each room.
Parking: room for up to 4-5vehicles, or truck w/ trailer. Can park on driveway and out front of gate.
* Indoor Stairs not recommended for small children . Baby gate provided to prevent small children and dogs going upstairs. Can be removed if not in use. 2 bedrooms located downstairs.

Primary bedroom : Downstairs with a Private work area with computer desk, Queen size bed, Smart Tv, fast WIFI, full laundry room, full bathroom, large double closet and dresser.
Large Smart TV and DVD player in living room
Dining Room: Table for 8 people
2nd Bedroom: located downstairs, next to 2nd bathroom, closet, dresser and full size bed. Toys for small children provided.
Loft: upstairs with Full size futon bed and twin bed, closet has camping cot and mattress pad with extra blankets and pillows, oversized Bean bag.
3rd bedroom: Located upstairs down a hall, two twin beds . small desk w/ chair.
*Each room has a ceiling fan and windows
* Outdoor games and small propane fire pit provided
* Provided: Towels, blankets, pillows and starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board.

Lovely Day Trip!

The house was perfect for a quick and cool getaway from Phoenix. The yard was perfect for our dogs and the house was very comfortable and sweet. Will definitely stay there again!

Great cabin for family and pets!

This is a great cabin with lots of space and a fenced yard for pets, neighbors are friendly too! The owers have paid attention to every detail to make our stay great and they were very responsive and helpful then a small issue arised. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone and i look forward to staying again. The only feeback I have that renters should be aware of is the stairway to the upstairs is really steep. It is 100% fine for older kids and younger adults, but if you have really littles or older family I would recomment planning on them staying downstairs. There is a gate in front of the stairs to help with the littles. I mean it when I said the owners really paid attention to detail :-).

Great Stay

We were able to enjoy cooler weather with friends and family! Even better that we could bring the dogs! They had all the dog supplies you needed which was great! We are every meal there and there was nice plates, pots, pans and cutting boards. Even better that you could enjoy the front porch or backyard. I actually forgot shampoo and conditioner and each bathroom had little bottles which was so nice! Bed was comfy. Will be booking with our family again.

We enjoy everything outdoors and love exploring new places.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Payson and come here to explore nature and all the events Payson has to offer plus the added bonus of the small town feel with the friendly locals. This Cabin is close to everything from hiking, lakes, downtown to restaurants and shops. Plus plenty of room for a group of friends or family to stay with a large yard to enjoy a BBQ and yard games or huddle around a Fire and cook smores. We can't get enough of this place.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The front porch and location of the cabin made us fall in the love with the home. We can sit out on the porch and watch the rain or snow, Eat our breakfast out there and enjoy nature. We love to be able to go for a day hike or kayaking and come back to our cozy cabin and get food from one of our favorite downtown restaurants. Best of both worlds.
