Activities: You can bring your ATV's, dirt bikes, or mountain bikes and go around town or to one of Payson's many off road trails. Bowling, shopping, Movies, golfing, fishing, hiking, thrifting and restaurants.
Close to Green Valley Park and Rumsey park which offers plenty to do with the family or friends.
Lakes: Rent or bring your own Kayaks and small boats at Woods Canyon lake, fishing.

3rd bedroom: Located upstairs down a hall, two twin beds . small desk w/ chair.

* Provided: Towels, blankets, pillows and starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Kitchen has cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, blender, cookie sheets and other cooking ware.
