This rental has a wonderful view of the river and wildlife passing through. The house is very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you could want. They even made our two dogs feel at home! We definitely recommend this home and would absolutely return for another stay!
We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. It was the perfect place to get away and disconnect for a couple days. The home was clean and maintained, it felt very homey, and had all the amenities you could need. Including those for your pet. Great views, and extremely quiet neighborhood. Definitely a great place to stay and on our list for another future visit.
We are repeat visitors and had another amazing stay. By far the cleanest and well equipped VRBO I have stayed in. Tammy and Kinsey are super responsive and have thought of everything. The setting is beautiful and it is a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!
The selfish part of me doesn't want others to know about this place. Super clean and comfy, great neighborhood with hiking and a stream right out the back door. Close enough to town for supplies and restaurants and only a few minutes from Tonto Bridge which was a beautiful hike. Owners were very nice and responsive.
This was our second stay and the home is still as close to perfect as they come. Nice open floorplan, nicely stocked kitchen, but it is the back deck that is the show stopper. Comfy patio furniture and the Verde River running just yards from the deck makes is serene. We'll be back for sure!
The house had everything we wanted for a vacation with friends: plenty of comfy seating in the living room, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and spotless bathrooms and best of all, a large deck out back with plenty of seating and a dining table for spending sunny afternoons and grilling dinners. The view from the deck was nice but the walking path along the river showed even more natural delights. This was a wonderful house to just hang out in, and wonderful to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.
Very nice property. This was my first stay in a rental and was very satisfied. With it being my first stay i wish there was more communication. No issues what so ever after we got there. Thank you.
The property and view from the back porch are absolutely amazing. There were at least 6 hummingbirds coming to the feeder. We had a tough time figuring out how to unlock the door for the first time and the owners walked us through by phone several times until we got the steps correct. The neighborhood is peaceful. We went fishing and also just relaxed. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful experience.
This wonderfully loved home not only sports happy vibes, it is well stocked, CLEAN, comfortable and perfectly located between Payson and Pine. We loved the location. Enjoyed the 'critters' visiting over the back fence. It was so peaceful sitting on the back veranda looking up at the beautiful cliffs with an American flag waving majestically overhead. This did not affect us, but if you require a cell phone connection, make certain you communicate with the owners to be assured your service is covered. Looking forward to a return trip in the fall.
Very nice location near river- just a short distance to walk down and then walking path along the riverbank that we enjoyed; many hummingbirds on back porch; spacious house; well-equipped kitchen; clean; good bed. We went to rest and found it to be very peaceful and relaxing.
This was our second time staying, and it was just as beautiful as the first. The house is well kept, clean, with a gorgeous back deck that we enjoyed for hours on end. Thanks again and we look forward to visiting again in the future!
The home is located perfectly to enjoy many ATV trails from Payson to the Mogollon Rim.
Unfortunately, the property was not large enough to hold our trailer, truck, & toys. No on street parking was allowed & the streets were a little narrow. But, the owner & their neighbor help us find an alternative that worked just fine.
The home was perfect! Located adjacent to a beautiful walking trail. Quiet porch with comfortable seating to enjoy the monsoon rains.
We have been enjoying this place for a few years now. We keep coming back because it ticks so many of our boxes. Very family friendly space wise. Love the huge couch. The grounds are an on going adventure for humans and furry family members alike. Lots of privacy along with very friendly respectful neighbors. Great kitchen also. Made Roast Beef with mashed potatoes and broccoli w/cheese for Sunday dinner. Everything I needed was there and clean up was a breeze. This is a special place for making great memories.
I know we'll be back! The Estrada Family
We needed a place to stay and explore Payson and Pine while our house in the valley was under construction. The location is perfect as it's private and quiet and has a cabin in the woods feel. However, it's also in a safe and easily accessible small development on the river. The neighbors are nice. The TVs and internet and other technology all works great. Good restaurants are close. We'd definitely stay here again.
As longtime VRBO travelers, it has been a dream to have a place of our own that we can share with other travelers. We know how important the simple things can be, and our hope is that our house is exactly what you're looking for. We live in Phoenix but are originally from South Carolina. Moving out west has been the best decision we've ever made. We're constantly amazed by the environmental diversity of Arizona, and we explore the area every chance we get.
East Verde Park, simply put, is a perfect blend of everything we could ask for in a neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, close to town, but still quiet and remote. Water and mountain views. Amazing wildlife. And to wrap all of this up with a comfortable, just-right house, we couldn't have asked for more. It's an amazing place that we're sure you'll love.
In addition to the house sitting steps away from the river, the fact that there is a private trail that runs over one mile throughout the property gives a sense of the outdoors without having to drive anywhere. It's one thing to have a house that's on the river. It's quite another to have a river trail with several swimming holes almost all to yourself virtually any time of the day - though mornings and evenings are best! Also, the area brings in all four seasons which is something difficult to find in Arizona. The cottonwoods and sycamores that line the river provide a beautiful canvas to remind you of a traditional mountain scene regardless of what part of the country you come from.
