• Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A $60 fee applies).

• Laundry & storage is located in the garage.

The garage is a shared space. Housekeeping staff might access the garage during your stay. They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard and the landscape are available for your exclusive use.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 8 guests, $50 per person, per night.
