This totally renovated unit is called Beach Blessings! This exquisite beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway! This condominium is located on the 18th floor, it’s private balcony offers a gorgeous, direct gulf-front view overlooking the gorgeous white sandy beach and emerald green water of Destin, Florida. It has one of the best gulf front views of Destin Beaches and you can see it all from our balcony!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or make a gourmet meal. There is a keurig and a regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers. We provide a starter complementary coffee of 4 pods, sugar and creamer. The granite countertops and large breakfast bar, coupled with the expansive views of the emerald water make this kitchen exceptional!

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool, along with the amazing gulf view.

It is conveniently located near all the amenities.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. The master bedroom has a plush king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. We provide six bath towels, six hand towels, six wash cloths and a makeup wash cloth per bathroom. The hallway has custom recessed bunk beds with storage underneath the bottom bunk, perfect for younger guests in your party. There is a second full bathroom. It has gorgeous new frameless shower. We supply six bath towels, six hand towels, six wash cloths and a makeup wash clothes per bathroom. This unit has New vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit.

The living area also includes a queen sized sleep sofa.

This condominium is fully stocked with linens and towels. If twelve towels aren’t enough, we have a washer and dryer conveniently located near this unit.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rival the best with THREE POOLS including the New Zero Entry Pool! We also have two additional pools, one of which is heated. Pelican Beach Resort has TWO HOT-TUBS (a twenty man and an eight man), tennis courts, pickleball, a newly renovated fitness center and sauna room. We have a tiki bar between the beach and pool. They have employees that deliver food and drinks to you! Resort also offers all new EV chargers, on-site cafe, and sundry shop.

This resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin, with the best restaurants and shopping nearby with children’s activities, water sports, and a vibrant nightlife!

We provide a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face bar and hand soap. We also provide four rolls of toilet paper, four trash bags, two to four dish washer pods, a dish rag, two dish towels. We do not provide beach towels.

No animals allowed, this is not a pet friendly resort. If you have a service animal and plan to book this unit, please be aware that there will be an extra $500.00 cleaning fee. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condos. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony this will result in a $500.00 fine and eviction. We have two designated smoking areas on the resort.
We do suggest that you take out travel insurance for your trip.
