Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the guest house, patio, and all amenities. Self check-in instructions are sent the morning of arrival. Street parking is conveniently available directly in front of the home.

The bedroom is a tranquil retreat featuring a plush queen bed dressed in crisp linens, layered textures, and calming décor. A full-size sofa bed provides flexible sleeping for additional guests. The spa-style bathroom is impeccably maintained and stocked with luxury towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer—bringing hotel-level comfort to your stay.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cook and entertain in a chef-inspired kitchen outfitted with a gas range, filtered-water refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and complete cookware set. A chic dining table seats up to four, ideal for intimate dinners, morning espresso, or planning your next Palm Beach adventure.

Lounge Spaces:

Guest house shares a lot/patio with a main home but offers private entry and total independence.
Self-check-in from 4 PM | Check-out at 11 AM
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Smoking indoors is prohibited
Towels: Use responsibly—stained/missing towels will incur a charge
Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay)
