Barrington Court 212 has direct Ocean views in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes resort. Completely renovated and beautifully decorated in coastal style, this upscale villa has everything your family needs for a perfect vacation just steps to the beach. Quality furnishings and an extra large oceanfront balcony provide a family-friendly vacation home so guests can relax and listen to the waves just outside the villa. The villa is on the second floor of the Barrington Court building in the front of the building so you can have wonderful views of the beach and ocean.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has 4 stools.

Relaxing Stay in Palmetto Dunes

We are regular fall visitors to Palmetto Dunes. This Barrington Unit is comfortable, clean and inviting. It is close to the pool and beach and centrally located to everything the island offers. You will definitely enjoy a stay in this home.

Great for family vacation

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Beds were very comfortable. Nice having queen size beds in the second bedroom for my grown kids. Location is the best. We love Palmetto Dunes and it is much quieter back at Barrington Court. Will definitely try for this condo next year.

Beautiful space - we loved the large balcony!

We had the best week staying in this villa in June. The balcony was our favorite - it was large, and we enjoyed watching the deer every evening in the grass below. Darlene was a wonderful host! We had a little trouble with the lock when we first arrived - and she immediately helped us get into the unit, and checked-in with us to make sure everything was up to standard. The beach toys were loved by the kids -- who knew a long handled shovel would bring so much joy! :) We look forward to staying here again soon!

Wish it were better....

I wanted to give this place a better rating but have to be honest. The pictures and description were all accurate, its updated and the décor is beautiful however this place needs a DEEP CLEANING. Upon arrival, there were several things that were just gross and truly it reflects the cleaning crew and not the owners. There was a dirty cleaning towel left on the tv stand, on the nightstand in the master bedroom, there appeared to be a bloody booger and someone's dried up eye contacts. The windows were smeared like crazy and not cleaned well what so ever. There was no trash bag in the main trashcan in kitchen, that had muffin wrappers and coffee grounds all in the bottom. The coffee pot was not cleaned out, left over coffee in pot and filter basket still in with coffee grounds from previous guest. The return air vent in kitchen, covered in dust and just filthy. The master bedroom sheets had stains on them and were of very poor quality, extremely rough and not soft at all. The master bedroom mattress, needs replaced - seemed to be VERY OLD and not comfortable. The blinds on windows were a joke, majority missing, we didn't even pull them the entire stay, honestly no point. Again, majority of these complaints reflect the cleaning crew. I hope the owners will check into all of these and address or make changes. With the price paid, I expect better and better quality. The resort was nice, pool great - other than not refreshing as it was too warm. Ocean and area is beautiful!

Hi Jonathon, I am so very sorry that the cleaning missed both our standards. I am always just a phone call away. I wish I had known so that the on-site cleaning team could have returned to take care of any issues.

Just what we were hoping for

This was our family's first trip to Hilton Head and we were not sure what to expect. This rental was perfect for us with our two teenage daughters. The beach access was very convenient. The property was well-maintained and private. We look forward to returning!

Fall Break

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful condo, easy to access, easy parking, close to everything you need in terms of restaurants and groceries. Quiet part of the beach. Pool and hot tub was ok. Golf courses close and all very nice. Will be back!

Great beachfront condo

We stayed at Darlene's condo for a week and absolutely loved it! It was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and lunches for our family of 4 (we ate dinner out every night to enjoy as much seafood as possible!). The view was beautiful and it was a super quick walk to both the pool and beach. Not a single complaint and would definitely stay again!!

Love this Unit!

We are frequent visitors to Palmetto Dunes. This unit was our favorite that we stayed in. Not only did the unit have a great view, fresh interior decor and comforts, and a fantastic property, the property owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!
