A nice property for a large group. The ADA access was important and laid out well for our family member who needed that. We really liked the layout of the home and the amenities that were offered. There were a few items that warranted a little attention/maintenance. Overall had a very good stay and would stay at this property again.

Our family made great memories that will last forever! The feedback from our children was nothing but positive. We all had a such a wonderful time that we want to go back. The Lodge is a treasure!

AMAZING!!! Probably the best equipped vacation rental we’ve ever rented. Spacious. So well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Was perfect for our family of 11 and 2 babies! 2ovens. BBQ. Great outdoor space. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Multiple areas to hang out with everyone. Lots of bikes. 2washers and 2 dryers. 3 refrigerators. Easy communication with host. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

The house is very spacious. Plenty of dishes for a large group, good to have the extra fridge space and the two washer/dryer. Nice to have the game room and ping pong in the garage. Plenty of space on driveway for 4 cars.Carpet seems a little worn out in places. We had to tighten the legs of the dining table because it felt wobbly. The bath tubs in the golf and fly fishing bathrooms creak and crack when standing on them making them unsettling when showering.

The house and grounds are beautiful. We held our family reunion there and there was plenty of room for all of us (15). It is really convenient that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you may need although if you need a rice maker bring one. The house itself was clean but smelled of fish which we discovered was coming from the kitchen disposal. The smell dissapated after we poured lemon juice down it and ran it for a bit. It did take a bit for one of the refrigerators in the garage to cool down but once it did, it worked great. It was nice to have so many bikes to use. The owner, Chad is very responsive to any needs you may have or "he needs to be aware of items". We were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed the walking path to the river which is close. If we have another reunion in Sunriver we would rent this house again.

Great House

This is the nicest rental we’ve stayed in here. The house had tons of amenities and was really comfortable. The kids had a great time with the games, bikes and hot tub.

Fun Place for a Big Group!

We really enjoyed staying here - it was perfect that it had 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Lots of room in the well stocked kitchen and big tables to eat together. Kids loved the hot tub and game room upstairs. It was great to have 12 sharc passes plus lots of kid and adult bikes.

Gathering Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge was close to restaurants and shopping, beautiful walks and hikes. The lodge was clean and well stocked. The host was very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we had all we needed. There was plenty of parking for our group.

Great house for big groups!

This house was wonderful! Clean and well fernished. We had a large group and the living area was spacious and worked well for our meetings. There’s enough table space for everyone, which is hard to find when housing bigger groups. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

Great place for large family gatherings!

We did a friend vacation here with our college group of friends and all our kids (6 months to 6 years) and had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Only thing that was rough is walls and ceiling are thin, so babies during nap time was a bit of a challenge but we made it work! Will definitely want to visit again!

Spacious with everything you need

We had a wonderful stay. Many rooms, lots of space, loved the tables outside, bbq, hottub and all the games available. The shampoo & conditioner in the showers were nice. And all the extra bikes were great too. Highly recommend for large groups. We had 14 stay and everyone had a bed to sleep on.

This is the second year for our family to celebrate Christmas together at PNW Luxe Lodge. The home is beautiful and big enough for our large family. The pool table, foosball and ping pong tables were in steady use and the bikes were a great outdoor activity since there was no snow this year. The house was well stocked with everything we could need, especially the kitchen. Our grandchildren asked us repeatedly during the past year if we were going back the “big house in Sunriver”. We hope to spend many more Christmas holidays here in the years to come creating lasting memories. Thank you Chad for seeing that everything was perfect.

Kel’s 60th

We had 17 guests. 2 seniors in their 80’s,4 littles and adults.The house was a good layout with many options for entertainment. We did a lot of cooking and BBQing and it worked great! Lovely decor as well. It was a great getaway.

Christmas In Sunriver

Our Stay at Red Wing Lodge to celebrate our family Christmas was wonderful. The home was everything we needed for our large family. The kids especially loved playing foosball, pool and ping pong. We adults loved that there was a separate game room to keep the kids entertained. The large kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of space for multiple people to be in there at the same time. An extra bonus was the lighted Christmas Tree that was in the living room! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Reunion Site

Very roomy, casually furnished, and functional getaway for my family. Kitchen/great room very conducive to family sharing and lots of interaction with family members. Kitchen had all the basic equipment in working order. Bedrooms were well spaced and bunk room for kids was perfect for late night chatting without disturbing parents. Would have appreciated someway to connect music to speaker system.

Amazing home for the entire family

It is really difficult to find a home a large family. There was nothing I could find fault with in this home. The moment you enter you feel relaxed. The kitchen had just about anything you could want to cook for 15 people. The best family vacation so far. This one is on the repeat list.

Sunriver Gem

House was beautiful and very well equipped. Better equipped than any home I have rented. Loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone looking for a very large house for a gathering. The only thing missing was a mattress that was supposed to be under one of the king beds but was not there. Should remove that from the listing if it has been removed.

Excellent Sunriver Getaway

Our stay at this vacation home was excellent, and I would highly recommend it without hesitation. We hosted a large family gathering, and despite the number of people, the house never felt crowded, offering ample space for everyone. The home was fully equipped with all the amenities we could need, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Even when some family members decided to play pool at midnight, we couldn't hear any noise from the front room downstairs.As a traveler who requires ADA accessibility, it's often challenging to find truly accessible and comfortable vacation rentals. The roll-in shower in my bathroom was a tremendous feature and greatly appreciated. After my stay, I suggested two small improvements: a horizontal bar next to the toilet and a slightly lower bed for easier transfers. To my surprise and delight, the owners were incredibly responsive and promptly made both changes. It's wonderful to have discovered such a gem of a property that genuinely accommodates all ages and abilities.

Handicap access

My family had a fabulous time here. The house was nicely decorated, clean, very spacious, and in a quiet and scenic neighborhood. Even saw and heard wildlife during our stay. There was a gas station/market close by for groceries, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The beds were a little higher than your average bed but worked out well. I would mention that it may be difficult for a person in a wheelchair to be able to get in and out of the bed due to the height of the bed. Just something to consider. Unlike most places we’ve stayed, this owner provided “starter items, such as laundry detergent, soap, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. Each shower had the mounted dispensers containing plenty of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There were even some items in the fridge and cupboards that the previous customers left for the next customer and we did the same. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place 100%.

Family Christmas 2024

We chose this property to accomodate fifteen of us family members for the Christmas holdiay. This was our first Christmas together in over ten years. The property had ample space for all of us. The open floor plan on the main floor is so nice to gather in! It was great that most of us had our own bathrooms. My mom had surgery just before our trip and was in a wheelchair. The ADA accessible bathroom was so helpful for her! The bunk room was perfect for the younger kids. The game room was part of the reason we chose this property to keep the kids entertained if the weather was too much. Which it did snow quite a bit! The highlight of the trip for some of the younger kids was sitting in the hot tub with hot chocolates while it was snowing. It was just a short drive to Mt.Bachelor for skiing one day. And of course the village was close by for ice skating and the 12 Sharc passes were great to have for a pool day. The double washer and dryers we perfect for everyone's wet snow clothes and swimming clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed for large family meals and Christmas dinner. We love to cook so that also meant we had a lot of food with us. The extra refrigerators in the garage were great to have! We genuinely enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again..the kids are already talking about a summer trip!

Beautiful place, fun stay, lacking some follow through

The place is wonderful. It is a beautiful lodge. We had 17 and fit pretty comfortably. Great location, lots of bikes to use. Shark passes were great. Pickleball was a short distance away and that was a hit. Slightly discouraging things. There is a foosball table but no foosballs. There was pool table but all the sticks did not have working cues. The remote in the game room was missing and there were three other remotes in the house that the batteries did not work in them, so it made it hard to use the TVs. When I told the manager of the issues the response was: "On pool cue tips, foos balls or batteries...if you go to Camp Abbot Ace Hardware 8 min drive across from the village, they will likely have all that stuff and I'm happy to compensate you for anything you spend on it and your time to do that. Otherwise I don't have a fast way to get any of those things to you. The remote is probably stuck in a sofa cushion somewhere and you'd have to just search everywhere for it but I'm sure it's there somewhere, sometimes they turn up a month or two later after somebody reports one lost." The ACE did not have the foosballs or the pool cue tips. We ended up having to get the pool cue tips in Bend at Big 5. Could not find any foosballs. Slightly disappointing that we spent over $6,000 for 3 nights and that was the response we got. Seems like if you advertise that you have all the stuff that there should be some sort of a checklist process for the next person.
