Beautiful home with great amenities. Loved all the snorkel equipment and chairs and the wagon. The owners communicated well before our stay when I had questions. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful property. The 3 master bedrooms were perfect for us and then plenty of extra room for the kids. When we weren't poolside at the house we were off enjoying the beach club, snorkeling, fishponds (what a delight!), black sand beach and the nearby restaurants. Everything was great!

Family trip

We stayed at Champion View Retreat for a fun family get away and the house did not disappoint! We had so many options for activities. The house pool was in use everyday of the stay. Location is close to the Hilton, Mauna Lani private beach club and to a local grocery store. The house is stocked with bikes, snorkel and beach good. The cooler came in handy for road trips across the island. We can’t wait to come back!

Friend’s wedding

It was a wonderful home for myself, my kids, and grandchildren. I loved waking up every morning to the sound of the kids in the pool. The private beach was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves

Best vacation ever!

Outstanding home, both stylish and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax and play. Lots of bikes, beach and pool accessories. Close to the beach and shopping with easy access to great towns, and gorgeous beaches everywhere. And our hists were always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. All 12 of our family members were happy to stay at Champion Ridge and we cant wait to stay here again.

A place where the heart is washed away

Spend time in the room relaxing, watch the big goats walk slowly around the golf course, take a dip in the pool, and enjoy the BBQ. It was the best vacation ever. Also, we stayed with 3 families and had everything we needed for our 0 year old's first trip. And about support, from before to during our stay, they were there to answer any questions we needed. I would definitely come back to this place again! Thank you for providing us with a really nice place!

Nothing But Great Things to Say

Our family absolutely loved our recent stay. The home was larger than most vacation rentals which gave our large family (grandparents and our kids) lots of space to spread out. The kids loved the pool and views. The central location made it easy to get groceries or bike to the beach club. We made great use of everything that was provided by the home owners and appreciated all the thought that clearly went into supplying the home. Our kids were able to try snorkeling for the first time and loved the protected cove at the private beach club. The kids also loved having bunk beds. The property manager was really helpful and easy to get ahold of. Nothing but great things to say and would highly recommend.

We take great pride managing 110 homes. We have a large team of employees in the resort within a mile of the home every single day. Before checkin we use detailed inspection lists that the cleaners and then separate inspectors use to prepare a home to be as perfect as can be for arriving guests. We receive thousands of 5 star reviews across all the properties which is testament to the great service our team provides. Every once in a while a guest can be challenging and not obey the simple rules of the home. This guest decided to break into the pool equipment and reconfigure everything which caused damage. Unfortunately there were a number of incidents with this guest where we would not recommend to any other host to rent to their group. These are wonderful luxury homes and fortunately almost all guests are very respectful.

Hawaiian Family Reunion

We had a great time except for the fact there was no place to sit outside when you got out of the pool as it said to not sit on the furniture when wet. One other problem we had was no large frying pan and there was a griddle that didn’t fit the burners. There were 11 adults and the sleeping space was great, but cooking for 11 was a problem. We had maintenance problems when we first arrived and the response was immediate - the man took care of everything immediately.

The pool side chairs are really comfy and we just ask that guests use one of the many beach towels we provide to avoid getting suntan lotion on the cushions. We have followed your suggestion and added extra frying pans in addition to the ones already in the home. Our team is waiting to assist with these kinds of things, just as quickly as we assisted with the maintenance items that you reported. It would truly be a pleasure to host you again one day at Champion Ridge in Mauna Lani.

Great house & location with some nagging maintenance issues

Our extended family stayed at this house for a week. The house itself was quite suitable for our needs in that it provided separate quarters for 3 couples and 2 children. The location was easy to find, convenient to the beach and ocean and had great views overlooking a premier golf course. The neighboring homes were completely out of sight and earshot due to dense vegetation or fences. The interior of the home was spacious and well-appointed throughout. Everyone loved their rooms and the common spaces. The kitchen had ample utensils, spices and other kitchen necessities which allowed us to prepare meals we would prepare at home. During the week, we did contact the mgmt company multiple times on a variety of issues, including such items as a missing TV remote, intermittently flashing ceiling lights, debris in the pool (pool vacuum not working), the outdoor grill malfunctioning, no bike lock codes, not enough toilet tissue and a few more minor items. Every time I contacted the mgmt company they were quick to respond and send someone out to try to resolve the issue. Possibly the home had not been occupied in some time and/or the previous renters did not choose to report issues to the mgmt company. Dealing with these issues probably annoyed me more as I was the primary contact person. In summary, the house was great and the mgmt company was very responsive when I contacted them. I just feel there were far too many existing issues for a premium property.

Lovely home an envirnment

We absolutely loved our stay , well stocked kitchen, laundry detergent for laundry, garage had workout equipment-wts, and treadmill. The view and patio area was amazing as well as bedrooms. A major safety concern was the suction for hose cleaning of pool- the cover was broken and we were told to leave hose attached or take it off.I found that unacceptable to enjoy pool as well as a safety issue for children due to strength of suction. Fortunately next day pool tech arrived and replaced broken cover to suction. We needed more instructions for use of hot tub, and increasing temp of pool.

Great House, but buggy

This is a beautiful house, but the from the day we checked in they had an infestation of fruit flies. We arrived around 7:00Pm, and when we walked into the kitchen to put away groceries, my wife noticed flies all around the kitchen, and I also found them in the 2nd bedroom bathroom. We cleaned and killed fruit flies for the full two weeks. We stored ALL of our food in the refrigerator, or on the counter in any UNOPENED packages, but they were everywhere in the house.
