The Mickey's Lake House is a completely updated and locally managed 2604 square foot 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom waterfront vacation villa that sleeps 10. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into a spacious, open-concept home with modern, comfortable, and professional decorating. As you pass the first of two living spaces and the formal dining room, you enter the lakefront side of the home. You won't believe it as you enter the open-concept great room with 20-foot ceilings. Relax in this well-appointed room as the furniture is perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV or enjoy the lake views through the 12-foot wall of glass.

Beyond the sliding glass wall in the great room, there is a screened lanai with a large (optional heated) WEST-facing infinity-edge swimming pool and spa. (See notes below) There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a dining area outdoors, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors whenever you want. This home also affords you much privacy with NO REAR NEIGHBORS directly behind you. It is like having your own private resort! NOTE:(The Infinity-edge feature of the pool will not be in operation during the winter months as it is in direct competition with the pool heater keeping up)

Near the living room is the formal dining room, with seating for six. In this comfortable space, you can enjoy serving family and guests your culinary creations or a meal delivered from your favorite restaurant.

This home has everything you need to feel right at home. You will love the personal amenities, from blow dryers to vacuums. When traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site highchair, Pack-N-Play, and umbrella stroller, which are already provided. The home is even complete with two-floor safes for your passports and valuables.

The Mickey's Lake House kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a snack or a full-course meal. You will love the expansive quartz countertops and handy breakfast bar. There is also a four-person dinette in the kitchen, and offers a great place to grab a cup of coffee or play a card game after dinner.

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom:
The Owner's Suite is on the second floor of this home and is truly a place for royalty. This private retreat includes a luxurious king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 55" Smart TV ready for late-night viewing. You will not believe the owner's ensuite bath and the size of this room, as it is truly fit for a king but built for a queen. From the freestanding modern soaker tub to the rain shower, you may never want to leave. Also, you will enjoy quiet late nights on the lake with the owner's private screened balcony.

Guest Bedrooms:
The second set of adult bedrooms are on the first floor, and both offer queen-sized beds and large dressers with 55" flat-screen Smart TVs. Both rooms are conveniently located next to the bathroom, and one offers poolside access.

Kids Bedrooms:
The two kids’ bedrooms on the second floor are decorated in Disney and nautical themes. Each room is tastefully decorated and offers flexibility for the kids who stay in it. One room has a set of twin beds, and the other has a queen bed. Each room also offers smart TVs so the kids can watch their favorite shows.

This home's floor plan is fantastic and offers peace no matter which room you choose.

POOL/SPA AND OUTDOORS:
Beyond the great room sliding glass wall is a screened lanai with the neighborhood's largest (Optional Heated) pool/spa. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing on the pool deck. Under the Lani is a dining set, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors whenever you want. Furthermore, we always have the little ones in mind and have a pool safety fence installed to keep everyone safe.

This one-of-a-kind home offers privacy and being built directly on the lake alows for amazing views. There is also a fishing dock just around the corner, and as long as you catch and release, you can enjoy fishing all day. It is like having your own private resort! There is an additional outdoor screened balcony off the second-floor master bedroom. Rumor has it that some Disney fireworks shows can be seen from this balcony between 8-9 pm.

ELEVATOR:
This home has a passenger elevator for those who require ADA services. Please contact us before booking for availability and permission to use the elevator.

GAME ROOM/ENTERTAINMENT:
Not only do you get water views with privacy galore and one of the biggest private pools available, but you won't believe the 400-square-foot game room with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, and two PS5 systems, each with its own 55” gaming screens. This room will be the highlight of making family memories and Fortnite and Overwatch will never be the same. (Please check with us or follow up here for the most current info.)
NOTE: Parts of the Game room may still need to be finished due to shipping delays on game tables and furniture. UPDATE 2/1/26: The room has construction done, electricity is completed, flooring is down, the two PS5 units with screens are also installed. Items are starting to show for the room. Book knowing there is no formal set date to have the themed decorations, new commercial pool table, or air hockey table completed, but we will update as soon as we know. *Check with the host for the most up-to-date information. We have a temporary pool table and foosball in the room for your enjoyment.

Streaming Services:
All TVs in the home have Roku streaming capabilities. We have included Roku, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ with paid active subscriptions. You are also welcome to airplay anything on your phones, computers, or iPads to the TVs.

The home has business-class one gig complimentary 5G and 2G high-speed internet, with speeds over 125 Mbps.

Gaming Systems:
The PS5 systems are active with the required subscriptions for online play and pre-loaded with an abundance of games.
PS5 Pre-Loaded Games: Knack, Overwatch, Fortnite, Little Big Planet, Minecraft, Rocket League, etc.

*PARKING is included on the driveway and street. A maximum of three cars is allowed - two vehicles parked normally in the driveway and one vehicle parked horizontally on the apron at the end of the driveway.
*SECURITY CAMERAS: Just like hotels, there are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in plain view and are pointed at public areas only as we value guests' privacy. NO cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if required.
