The house is great, I love the layout. The kitchen is awesome, every gadget a cook could need.I didn't use the pool, too cold. Maybe next time. The hot tub is fantastic, you just have to reach out to the owner to turn the heater on.I can't say in words how much i enjoyed staying here!

We had to be out of our house for some major repairs. Not exactly a vacation. The owner was great in communicating with us. The property and neighborhood was great. It was nice getting to relax out by the pool We were able feel at home. Everything about it was comfortable while we were going through a frustrating time. Spent a terrific week here with the grandchildren. We all loved the pool and spent hours swimming and playing games every day. A very comfortable home for a family and the hosts were excellent.

Cozy home on a quiet neighborhood, just what we needed. House was very clean, property manager was very responsive, patio and pool were great, kids really enjoyed our stay. Everything within a 25 minute drive. Highly recommend if your staying in the Dallas area.

Comfortable space

We rented for a staycation and bc our home is being renovated. This house was very nice and comfortable. Property owners were gracious and answered all of my questions quickly and overall just really enjoyed the stay. Kids had fun in the pool and feeding the Koi fish!

VERY clean and beautiful property, the pool area is AMAZING. We went swimming every day. Pet friendly and they had everything you could need for cooking. Location was great for us and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!!

Home away from home

Great stay, comfortable and clean. Good location to grocery stores, shopping and walking trails. We were in town for a soccer tournament, which means lots of down time in between games. This house was perfect for our needs.

A great house run by helpful and responsive host. Only thing missing was warm weather to enjoy the pool, but that's December for you! Worked well for family visits, location was convenient to other suburbs, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great property with an amazing back yard!!!

Can’t say enough about the house, clean, great area, close to everything and a backyard that is absolutely perfect!!! Second time we have stayed there for a ballgame and great chance there will be a third. Great host!!!

I am a retired businessman that grew up in New York and Florida until I moved to Colorado in 1980. In 1986, I left Colorado for Texas and have been here ever since. I've been self-employed most of my working life and now, at 69, am enjoying some free time and new adventures with my wife Danella.

We are in a great location; close to many restaurants and shops and located right on the 12 mile Plano Bike Trail within our neighborhood. Our home has been updated with all the amenities you will need to just come, relax and enjoy.

Shops of Legacy and Legacy West, Allen Outlet Mall, Stone-briar Mall are some of the major shopping attractions

Pinstack, Jumpstreet, Mainstreet Events are some places for kids to have great fun.

Head over to the Russell Creek Park, Chisolm Trails, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve if you would like to take a walk in nature.

Tons of fine Restaurants to delight any palate within a 5 mile radius !!

Very Private backyard - Google chrome and Amazon Fire sticks in each room - Google home and Google home minis throughout the house for easy music enjoyment - You will find waters in the refrigerator, snacks on the kitchen counter and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table to get your stay off to a great start! And the back yard is private, beautiful and so relaxing!

GOOD NEIGHBOR RESPECT POLICY:

While we understand that you may be coming into town to visit family and to have a few family members over to visit and enjoy the pool, we must emphasize that:

We ask our neighbors to inform us of any excessive noise so that it can be addressed immediately. This excludes “reasonable music volumes” while outdoors by the pool with the understanding that there can be NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 9:00 PM.

NEIGHBORLY RESPECT - We respect the privacy of our neighbors and require that all our guests adhere to our neighborly standards. Do know that any “reasonable” complaints about excessive noise will result in us having to ask you to remedy the situation immediately. If this violation continues unaddressed, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave.

NO CONGREGATING ON THE FRONT LAWN OR STREETS - We have a beautiful backyard and a rear entry driveway. We are sensitive that you are new faces to the neighbors, so we ask that you DO NOT hang around in the front yard. Please come and enjoy our home and backyard.

DO NOT WALK BETWEEN HOUSES - Our neighbors do not know you so please use the front and backyard door to pass from the front to the rear of our home.

PARKING - We would prefer that you park in the 2-car back driveway which can be accessed from the alley. We also have spaces for your cars in the front of the house but would ask that you do not block the mailbox.
