MATELAS NEUF DANS LES DEUX CHAMBRES!

Du 21/10 au 21/12, le Lagoon Pool et le East Polynesian Pool seront fermés pour maintenance. La piscine ouest, située entre les tours 3 et 4, restera ouverte.

Ceci est un beau condo joliment décoré de 2 chambres où vous n'avez pas à attendre dans un ascenseur! Le chaud soleil de Floride et la brise fraîche de l'océan vous attendent dans ce condo tropical au troisième étage de Long Beach Resort, et il est situé dans la tour 3, la tour la plus proche de la piscine lagon! Nous venons de remplacer le canapé et la causeuse du salon par de nouveaux meubles Sunbrella colorés !!

Ce condo offre une vue sur l'océan de mur à mur depuis chaque pièce de cette retraite spacieuse de 1400 pieds carrés, et avec l'emplacement de ce complexe, il est pratique pour tout, des grands restaurants au Super Walmart juste en face! Grande piscine lagon (6800 pieds carrés) avec cascades, bains à remous, deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffées en saison), bar et grill sur place (en saison), magnifiques jardins paysagers, location de jet ski / parasol sur place et accès sécurisé 24h / 24 et la sécurité.

Le salon a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et DVD, et un nouveau canapé-lit queen size. Il y a un lit King dans la suite principale avec une télévision à écran plat de 32 "et deux lits queen dans la chambre d'amis avec une télévision à écran plat de 32". Tous les lits ont des draps en coton égyptien de 400 points! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée avec double vasques en marbre et une grande baignoire de jardin en marbre avec douche. Sortez sur votre immense balcon privé depuis les chambres et le salon pour profiter des sons apaisants du golfe ou pour admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil en Floride! Cet appareil est également doté d'une contre-porte entièrement en verre afin que vous puissiez laisser votre porte d'entrée ouverte et apporter encore plus de soleil!

Votre balcon donne sur 1300 pieds de plage de sable blanc privée avec location de jet ski et parasol / chaise sur place. Ceci est une unité NON FUMEUR, les animaux domestiques NE SONT PAS autorisés, et le locataire doit être âgé de 25 ans ou plus et occuper l'unité pendant toute la durée de la location.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was very clean with new carpet and living room furniture. The hot water tank did make noise all the time but it was not bad. The bathrooms could be updated but they were clean. The bed in the master was very comfortable, Would stay there again. The people I dealt with there were very nice and helpful.

Great condo, bed upgrade needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Long Beach 3-0304. Long Beach is well run and centrally located in PCB. The condo was nicely equipped & furnished and was very clean. Kim's Condos was a great management group to deal with, very organized and the check in/out process was seamless and smooth. The one suggestion we would make is an upgrade on the king bed in the master bedroom. It was a little rough and neither of us has back issues. For those that do, this could be an issue. We are already planning our return and would enjoy staying in this unit again.

Ironman vacation

This was my first time renting a condo for a getaway. This definitely made me never want to go back to a cramped hotel. The location is perfect for any other ironman athletes. I only wish that the location was this convenient for other races also. its walking distance to the race but sheltered so don't have to listen to the race all night. Greatly accommodating with appliances and kitchen utensils. Even had blender to make some shakes in the morning. Also walking distance to the Walmart for anything you need or forget. I would definitely like to tell everyone about this place but when I come back it may not be available then. So I may just keep this a secret. SHHHHH. I definitely see myself coming back here in the future.

Misleading listing!

Dirt, old, rust everything and I mean everywhere! The refrigerator had rust inside and outside, ALL the patio furniture is rusted and flaking and bubbling, has some sharp edges!!! Masonry is cracking and falling apart in side of pillars on balcony, rust fragments falling all over patio from completely rusted chairs and furniture! Carpet is stained all over and completely filthy! Beds are horrible and cheap and one bed in the double room slopes and you actually roll into the dip. What isn’t just old appliances are cheap, old, scratched, dirty, rickety appliances. They give a whole new meaning to rustic charm! The balcony door lock was broken. My wife called to have them come fix it and they told her we can all leave! We called Vrbo and Vrbo gave us options to get into a different property and told the land lords they would be reported but we didn’t have extra money to pay the new parking fees and property fees but Vrbo was nice enough that they would of covered the room cost but extra fees made it impossible so we had to stay. They did come out and fix the sliding patio door. The original lock was RUSTED and broken. Nothing is nice in this condo. The picture are taken in a way that you can’t tell how nasty it is!!! It is disgusting. The view from the balcony is incredible and it is in a perfect area. So if you don’t mind a dump of a room then this place is perfect otherwise and the Condo property has a great pool and bar! But please know that this is room itself is gross and the management are rude and mean! So mean that on the 3 way call with Vrbo customer service manager the manager told the property manager that they were going to report them! I will never rent from Kim’s Condos or again! I will use Vrbo! Vrbo is great and they did their best to help!

This renter is leaving out some very important details to this story. First, and most importantly, this woman's husband arrived and stayed AN ENTIRE WEEK in the condo before she arrived. We never heard a word of any complaints about the door lock or the condo itself from the husband. This woman arrived early Sunday morning and began calling our office around lunchtime on Sunday. When she called, she was moderately hysterical, screaming that she had a special needs 2 year old and the balcony door lock was rusted and she wanted someone there that afternoon to get it fixed. I informed her that it would be Monday morning before I could get someone over to fix it, but had her husband let us know at any point during the previous week he had been there we could have already had it fixed. That's when she went ballistic, screaming about all the things that were wrong and I proceeded to tell her that if she was that dissatisfied, they could check out right then and I would refund their unused rent immediately. She just kept on screaming about her child going out on the balcony and I continued to tell her I would have someone over the next morning to fix it. That was not satisfactory to her, and it escalated to the point of where I was the one to call Vrbo to have them removed from the condo. Vrbo found them another place to stay, however once Vrbo told them this, they suddenly couldn't afford to move. So when Vrbo called me for the fifth time that afternoon and said the renters couldn't afford to move, would I please let them stay, and I said they "yes, they could stay". Vrbo never threatened to report me and actually thanked me for allowing them to stay. The refrigerator was replaced a few weeks after these people checked out but not for any rust issues, the icemaker quit working so there is a brand new fridge in there now. And this lady is 100% correct, she will never rent from us again :)

The lamp in the bedroom with the two beds in it was broken we couldn’t use it – the beds were the most uncomfortable things to sleep on it was like when I rolled over I was falling into a hole in the mattress they were very very uncomfortable. Otherwise than that everything was great

We would stay at Long Beach Resort again. Building, pools, beach area, location are great! This unit could use some attention. The tp and towel holders in master were barely in the wall. The balcony was dirty and needs some scrubbing. Overall the place was clean though, just could use a few updates!

Everything was just as described. My nephews & I had a great time. I love Long Beach Resort & this was a beautiful well equipped condo. The skillets to cook with need replacing no more non stick coating.

Truly disappointed.

I did not want to leave a negative review but I notified the property management about the conditions of the property and that we changed our flight to leave early because we were so uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness but I never received a response back. I'm disappointed because the trip overall costs 3K+ and we ended up coming home sick; I would not be surprised if it's due to the room. I have several photos that I wanted to be part of this review but there's no option to upload them. The pillows were severely yellow stained, the patio (while the view was stunning) was unusable because there was red (blood-like) sticky stuff spilled all over. They swept the cigarette butts up per our request but said they couldn't wash off the floor because it would be a felony if water or anything went off the deck. So we couldn't walk on it and the one small outdoor rug was disgusting. The carpet in the main living space was so stained that you could not relax and we spent zero time in the kitchen/living area because of it. There was a closet near the door (we thought for jackets) that had several opened, large bottles of various alcohol, etc. The "clean" dishtowels they had folded and out for our arrival were stained and dirty, the plastic shower curtain liners were molded, there were large holes in the drywall in the bedroom and so many other uncomfortable cleanliness issues. It was one adult (myself) and my two children for a special trip just to relax for family time and I am really disappointed to not have heard back from management company or owner when I said we were leaving early.

Perfection!

We loved our stay at Long Beach Resort! I brought my family July 2018. We had beautiful weather, the beach was gorgeous, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the big pool and how close our unit was to the pool access and beach access. The elevators are fast and we loved having breakfast on the big balcony every morning and watching the ocean. Perfection. Only thing I would change is include 2 beach chairs with the condo rental.

Large rooms with plenty of space

We enjoyed our family vacation at your condo. The staff was helpful with any need and we had no problems with the room. There was some rain but there is always something to do in Panama City Beach!!

Perfect location! Really liked being on a low level floor.

The whole week was wonderful at Long Beach. The unit was clean and well kept with plenty of towels! Great layout with comfortable beds and enough kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cups, etc. The pools were clean and well kept with more than enough lounge chairs. Will definitely return!

Awesome

We stayed for fall break! This room is fabulous. Some of the things we look for at the beach that this amazing resort had was that the room was on the third floor. Elevators were very fast. The walk to the car was very quick, you just hopped on the elevator and walked right out to the parking lot. We have stayed in places where you took the sky walk across and it took 5 minutes just to get to the car. This unit is so close to two pools on the property and both pools had a hot tub. The resort had an ice machine on location to purchase ice for coolers which was great. The room is just seconds to walk from the beach. The room is wall to wall windows and the view is amazing! The new carpet in the room is extremely nice and makes walking around in the unit very quiet. We found everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We hope to stay at Long Beach Resort again next year.
