CET APPAREIL COMPREND UN ENSEMBLE DE CHAISES DE PLAGE GRATUITES AVEC PARAPLUIE DU 1ER MARS AU 31 OCTOBRE !!

Du 21/10 au 21/12, le Lagoon Pool et le East Polynesian Pool seront fermés pour maintenance. La piscine ouest, située entre les tours 3 et 4, restera ouverte.

Le soleil chaud de la Floride et les brises fraîches de l'océan vous attendent dans ce magnifique condo au coin de la tour au quatrième étage du Long Beach Resort! Cette unité dispose d'un mobilier haut de gamme et d'une vue imprenable, du mur au mur, du sol au plafond sur l'océan depuis chaque pièce de ce paradis de 1400 pieds carrés. Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges confortables avec un canapé en cuir souple, une causeuse et une chaise surdimensionnée pour regarder la nouvelle télévision à écran plat. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit king size avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin et une télévision à écran plat et dans la deuxième chambre, deux lits queen-size avec des matelas à plateau-coussin flambant neufs et une télévision à écran plat. Chaque chambre a également sa propre salle de bain privée, avec une grande baignoire de jardin en marbre et des vanités en marbre avec ses lavabos, les douches ont les portes en verre sans soudure. Le salon / salle à manger et les deux chambres ouvrent tous sur un immense balcon privé donnant sur 1300 pieds de plage de sucre blanc, les meubles du balcon sont neufs. Profitez de la grande piscine lagon (6800 pieds carrés) avec des îles tropicales et des cascades (situées entre les tours 2 et 3), deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffées en saison), trois bains à remous, bar et grill au bord de la piscine (saisonnier), jet ski / parapluie sur place location de chaises, accès fermé et sécurité 24h / 24 avec beaucoup de parking. Nous sommes à proximité de tous les grands restaurants, magasins, parcs d'attractions, terrains de golf et si vous oubliez quelque chose, ne vous inquiétez pas, Super Wal Mart est juste en face!

Breathtaking View

Prettiest week ever for summer vacation!!! The ocean was crystal clear all week! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Condo in a good location. Kim’s Condo’s was so easy to work with. She and her staff are great!

Great Location

The condo overall was very good overall. Had a couple of issues that was solved very quickly by host. Probably needs a few more instructions about controls of the different tvs in each room. The gate to beach chairs and one of pools was close but main pool was a little farther walk. The food bar was closed most of the week but opened later in week. The overall experience was great other than rain !!!

My Happy Place

Long Beach Resort is by far my favorite place to stay in PCB and this condo upheld my expectations. The spacious layout was perfect for working remotely and each guest had the same ocean views from the bedrooms. From the beautiful furnishings to the amazing balcony, this place very quickly became my happy place. I didn’t want to leave!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Condo looked exactly as pictured. The two master suites were perfect for us. The condo is large and we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on making it an annual event. Highly recommend this rental

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The shower had hair in it, the floors are filthy (will turn your feet black). The shower also had a moldy tile that I thought was gonna fall at any time. The kids loved the big pool (although it had lots of debris in it from the surrounding trees). It definitely needs to be cleaned out more than once a day. The beds are comfortable and condo has very nice views of the ocean from both rooms. We loved the flip flop room. Overall I would stay here again and plan to come back.

Perfect family getaway

The location and property were perfect and we loved how both rooms had amazing beach views. The beach chair rentals were a huge plus. There was a female security guard who was so pleasant and instantly made us feel welcomed. She definitely was a unexpected delight with our stay.

Beautiful and perfect stay!

This listing did not disappoint! Pictures are spot on, right on the beach. We did not use the pool, we were only here for a couple of days, but it is beautifully remodeled, huge kitchen, large bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Do take beach towels, we forgot ours! Balcony is spacious and a great place to relax.

Long Beach Resort Kim's Condos - 5 star

The condo was very nice. The location is awesome, in large part because it is just inside the envelope where most of the Air Force fly-bys do their turn, so you can watch the planes fly west, make their turn, and back east to the base. It was like a little air show every day, loved it. Facilities were nice. Didn't touch the pool. Just minutes to the county fishing pier, which is nice, happened to be there at the right time to catch a few Spanish Mackerel and some squid. Didn't try surf fishing. Condo was well furnished, beds were reasonably comfortable. They had TV with a lot of channels, so wifey got to watch the HGTV some, which she liked. I had to work, wi-fi was quite adequate for video calls and file transfers.

Beautiful Views and Comfortable

Very pleased with our stay. Condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows make this condo better than average. We also enjoyed the clean carpeted bedrooms and comfy beds. The property is well maintained and the heated pools are nice! . Highly recommmended!

Long Beach is our favorite

Vacation with our family in PCB every summer. Kim’s condos exceeded our expectations which made for a relaxing week at the beach with all the comforts of home. Looking forward to next year.

Excellent vacation

We have been coming to PCB for over 15 years and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at!! There is not one bad or negative thing we can say. The condo is clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We absolutely loved the balcony space, the beds were comfortable, the included beach chairs were so nice, the elevators were quick and the beach was big enough that we were all spread out and not crowded like most resorts. Security is active but not over bearing, parking is fantastic!!! We will always rent this exact condo every year!!! We have found our vacation home away from home!!!

Very nice room,with great views

It was a great experience,with the best views in panama city. With wall Mart and wall greens near by is a huge plus. And the fighter jets buzzing the condo was amazing.

Leaking ceiling.

We had a leak problem with the upstairs condo, we called, emailed the problem and it wasn't handled right away, technicians showed up next day and left equipment socking out water from sofa and carpet it was midnight when I had to unplug the equipment it was way too laud.

Nice Condo

Enjoyed a week of Spring Break with kids. Condo in good condition, everything needed (minus paper towels, extra Toilet Paper, extra trash bags) to cook and clean included. Would give it 5 stars but bath towels smelled strongly of Tobacco. I mentioned this to the management company during the stay and was told "Our cleaners are required to not be smokers, so I can't imagine where the smell came from.". There was no offer of replacement fresh towels despite seeing the Kim's Condo van at the complex on several occasions dropping off employees and laundry during the week. This was disappointing.

Awesome family vacation.

Awesome. The condo was perfect and just as pictured. Plenty of room, well stocked and perfect view. The red tide coming in was a little disappointing but it did clear up by the end of the week. Thank you so much for a perfect family vacation.
