Perfect Location and Lots of Room

This was our first time in Alabama and the Ft. Morgan area. We couldn't have asked for a better location and accommodations. We were steps from the boardwalk to the beach and right across from the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as expected and check-in/check-out were simple. I would certainly stay here again!Weloved every minute of our stay!

Awesome Location

We were very impressed with the location of the home. Very close to beach access and the pool. The community is very nice and quiet, beaches were not crowded at all. Last minute fall break with pups

We decided to go to the beach last minute. We knew we would have to bring the dogs so we were happy to find a dog friendly place. We loved the location. Convenient to the beach access and the pool! The home was very clean with plenty of room and everything we needed. Perfect for our dogs too! We will definitely try to book here again with the whole family

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The livingroom furniture isn’t great, but it was good enough for us. The beds were so comfortable. The walk to the beach is short. There is lots of area to park. We also enjoyed the porches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the aces to the beach and pools. A very safe community. We were very comfortable with letting the teens go back and forth from the beach and house by themselves. Some of the furniture could be replaced or repaired. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Great Location

Can't beat the location for being just off the beach. Very short walk across the street to the boardwalk. Furniture needs updating, but was fine for us. WiFi was very weak-couldn't load Hulu or Netflix, could barely load videos on our phones, so that was a downer at night after being out. It was chilly and windy the week we were there, but we made the most of it as a family getaway.

We detected a small leak under the kitchen sink and sometimes palmettos bugs, which typically live outside, come indoors in search of water. The leak has been repaired and the pest control company that normally routinely treats has been out for an extra treatment as a precaution. Although mattress comfort is quite subjective and we have not had any complaints. we will pass along your feedback to the homeowner. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall! Family Vacation

The house had plenty of room for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Lots of cookware, dinnerware and kitchen gadgets. Outside shower was a plus. Short walk to beach and pool across the street. Jen at Coastal View was great with keeping us informed and answering questions. No complaints.

Nice house

The house was nice and in good shape in general. We liked the decks on either side, East and west, use one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The walk to the pool was short, the beach a little further but not bad. The house is right in the middle of Morgantown so the beach, at the beach access, can get a little crowded. I think this house is a good value.
