Unsurpassed vacation! We had the most enjoyable time at the beach in years. For me the fishing was great! BIG Spanish mackerel, redfish, black drum, flounder, pompano right from the sand bar in front of the house! Saw a lot of tarpon moving east but they stayed 400-500 yds off shore. Wife had a great time as well just listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins. We will definitely be back for another fall trip!

Perfect Location

Location can not be beat as you are truly steps from the beach.Space has everything you could need for relaxing after the beach. Everything was clean and accurately described. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. But no lights on steps or under the house. I fell when we had to leave. It was dark & its hard to carry bags when its dark. Maybe next time a hurricane will not come through!!!

By far, my favorite beach stay. Ever. I’m always looking for a calm, quiet place and this was perfect. Private. Not crowded at all. And, we were able to bring our fur family members with us. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions. We did not want to leave.

I loved all the deck furniture. I was able to sit out in the morning and drink my coffee and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed taking the dogs for early morning walks on the beach. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach.

This property was right on the beach and had a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the view. We all enjoyed the beach and frolicking around with our puppy friends. The property included all of the things that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the water was hot, and the space was clean and tidy. I advise anyone staying in the space to bring beach towels, soap, shampoo. However, a 20 minute ride to Gulf Shores allows you to get the things that you may have forgotten. The host was accommodating and the property manager even came to check on us to make sure all was well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The bed pillows could use an update and a few more towels would have been nice. These are the only suggestions I will make.

ON THE BEACH was an understatement. We walked down the steps and our bare feet were tickled by the sand. After the sun went down, we relaxed on the deck watching the waves caress the sand dunes. The breeze from the surf put us to sleep nightly. We have many stories and are looking at our next trip.

We stayed with our kids and one dog. The house is nice and is described in the ad and at a great price! The property manager was very friendly and available. We loved the location and the closeness to the water as we didn't have to lug all the kids thing and chairs very far. We would definitely come back.

What a view! Step from the deck right onto sand! Very clean! New or practically new appliances, countertops, bathrooms etc. throughout. Nice clean section of beach. Practically deserted when we were there in late April. If you want to get away from the crowds in the Orange Beach area this is the place.

Enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed East!

Wonderful location on the beach and loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves. Great place to stay! Understand renovation upgrades are in the works which will make it even more a perfect vacation spot. Looking forward to coming back!
