This is a fully remodeled 1 bedroom and full 1 bathroom home with a full kitchen and living room. The bathroom features a shower. The home has central AC and heat. The kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including plates, utensils, glasses, coffee machine, appliances, etc. We always strive for the best experience. The bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable living space. There is a desk for a designated work space. We provide free WiFi and parking. There is also a TV and Netflix & Amazon are available.

The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only steps away from shopping and restaurants in downtown New Port Richey.

The outside area is shared. There are chairs to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee.

Great stay, clean, good location.

The place was perfect for my short visit to New Port Richey. Very clean and property manager was quick to respond to my questions. Walking distance to downtown New Port Richey. Great location! I hope to stay again soon. Thank You!

NPR Perfect

This was a great property for our needs (short visit to NPR). The proximity to downtown NPR was wonderful: walking distance to pubs, park, bakeries, library, etc. Amenities were just what was needed.

Very Clean and Very Convenient

This little apartment was very clean on arrival. We had trouble with the code for the key and the owner was easy to contact and helpful! It is so close to downtown, the city park, and the river. We loved our stay!

Lovely cottage

Such a wonderful little cottage! Perfect size for myself and spouse. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed coming back and relaxing after long days helping my grandmother clear out and sell her home. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Short but sweet

We enjoyed our stay… hard to find a beac but we drove to Tarpon Springs and that was very fun. The unit could use another large mirror and Keurig.

Shower needs work

It was a good stay, I don't want to focus on just the bad, but the shower draining needs to be fixed. It is not a drain problem but a level floor problem, the water collects in the floor of the shower and does not drain because the shower floor is unlevel. the water remains until it eveaporates or is squeeged out. It would be nice if there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was a good stay. Thank You

Little getaway

The place is beautiful but we were cautious initially driving up. The house was a little hard to find at first, but the overall stay was great. The location was very very close to downtown Port Richey can walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Perfect get away

Cute little place one block off Main Street, so comfortable, extremely clean, has all amenities to make your stay perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back!
