Ceci est une maison de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain 1100 pieds carrés avec beaucoup de fenêtres. Golfe accès bord de l'eau Florida Hudson Beach entièrement meublé avec quai et un parking bateau. Accès au Golfe en eau profonde sur un canal avec quai et digue.
À distance de marche de la plage et de nombreux restaurants avec une variété de choix. A quelques minutes en voiture des épiceries les plus proches et autres centres commerciaux. Il y a un canal dans l'arrière-cour pour le canoë ou les options de pêche. Prenez votre bateau ou votre canoë dans l'océan pour pêcher, cherchez des dauphins et admirez le coucher de soleil. Le plaisir ne finit jamais et les couchers de soleil sont toujours géniaux.
Cette maison comprend un grand salon avec un beau plancher de bois franc, des comptoirs en granit, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge à chargement frontal et un sèche-linge, un joli canapé en cuir, des stores télécommandés, deux grandes télévisions connectées avec Netflix premium pour un nombre illimité de films et d'émissions télévisées, et une télévision connectée. applications, alarme de sécurité, et bien plus encore ...

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and well equipped. Has beach right down the street. Plenty of places to go and shop if need be. I recommend for sure and will indeed come again in the future.

Nice and comfortable place to stay.

Property was decent, not the greatest curb appeal, but interior was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was in the house. Beds were super comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The living room couches were very comfy and nice looking. Loved that there was a throw blanket in the living room for the cooler evenings!!

Amazing Location and Property

The property itself was wonderful. Easy access to the canal. Next door to an ice cream parlor and convenience store. Immaculately clean. The list goes on and on of the positive experiences at this property. Its a 2 minute drive and a 15ish minute walk to the beach. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to spend some time away. Would absolutely book over and over again.

It was a pleasant stay for my husband, myself, and our three kids. We had everything we needed and the propriety was close to our favorite places to visit. We plan on using again in the future.

Hudson Stay

Great space near Hudson Beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Backyard was spacious and the dock was a great place to unwind. Right next door to the ice cream shop!!! Easy check in/out and owner was very responsive to all messages. Very comfortable home.

Nice, roomy apartment with canal access

Stayed here for a week for business. It is centrally located by main highway in Hudson with canal access. Had washer and dryer in unit and very well stocked. Also, James was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Upstairs Apartment

The place had everything we needed and was very clean. We contacted the manager twice and he responded immediately. Only drawback, it was very noisy some nights from motorcycles and noisy cars. Good restaurants nearby

Exactly what the Dr. Ordered

First off, the host is a hands on guy. He will help with anything you need. The bnb was very nice, had a dock i fished on every day. The unit itself was immaculate and easy to navigate. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I will be staying there again as i make more frequent stays in Hudson. Its also cheaper than a good hotel. Just sayin'.

Nice location

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with your basic necessities and toiletries. The view of the sunset was gorgeous. Close to sunwest Park and 20 min from weeki wachee springs. My only complaint is the beds made alot of creaking noises on even the slightest movements. Otherwise I would stay her again with my family.

Nice second story apartment

We found this apartment to be very comfortable. It had a very large room that had three sofas all very nice a large table with six chairs with a serving and stools from the kitchen. The kitchen was very modern and it had a really nice big washer and dryer my only complaint would be is it is a second apartment so if your handicap don’t book one but if you’re not handicapped, it’s a very nice apartment would I book it again if I was in the area Sure

Property evaluation

The property was listed in filters as "House" and was an apartment and upstairs. There is a note at the end of the property description that says it is an upstairs apartment (duplex) but that is deceiving to those renting because it also states "Home" in the title. We were not unhappy with the place nor the overall accommodations, but I noted this same comment has occurred more than once. VRBO needs to fix this. It should not show up as a "house" in the filters. It should be listed with VRBO exactly for what it is, an upstairs apartment.

Lovely Home, Great Location

The home was exactly as presented in the photos. Stairs led to the entrance located on the second floor, and they were in great condition and freshly painted. There is a solid railed in porch at the top of the stairs that you can sit out on and enjoy the fresh air. The interior was lovely, clean, and well kept. Heating and AC both worked great (crazy weather swings the week we were there from the 80s to the 30s) James was extremely helpful and responsive, and went out of the way to ensure we had a great stay at his house. We used the fridge, microwave, oven, and stovetop - all worked great. The Ice Cream shop next door was a great treat for the kids. We were thrilled to find there was a coffee pot and rice cooker, pots, pans and kitchen basics. If you have something specific you need, all you have to do is ask and James will do his best to get it taken care of right away. We loved the Fresh Fish market down the road, the tuna was amazing. There is also a quick mart gas station at the end of the block, and a super Walmart a mile down the road for easy access to anything you would like. We saw the Manatees at Homosassa Springs, swam and picnicked at Anclote Beach, and went Deep Sea Fishing. Can't wait till the next time we can come down to stay here again!

There was food in refrigerator and freezer. Micro wave was dirty. Some of the silverware was dirty and my husband had to clean the coffee pot several times to get it clean. Noise from traffic was awful, you heard every car and car radio that went by. Got very little rest at night because of the noise. Lock on door inside would not lock. Shower was very hard to use. Fan in master bedroom had to be fixed the first day. Lamp in front room didn’t want to stay on. It’s above an office and when he left for the weekend the cable was off, but when he came back Monday it magically came back on. We booked it and then I received a note saying the dates were unavailable, so I booked another, then a little while later it said that it was confirmed. During that time I got another place(My Mother was in hospital in serious shape I had to get a room) I texted him and told him what happened and he said I could cancel, but I would not get my money back. We were desperate. We will never book there again.

Good Location, But Extremely Run Down & Unsanitary

The location is the biggest plus—steps from the beach and right on a canal with beautiful water views. The host thoughtfully provides linens, kitchenware, and extras like fishing poles, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself is in very poor condition. It feels more like someone’s cluttered home than a vacation rental. The furniture is outdated, the house has a strong musty odor, and many items are rusted, broken, or stained—including cookware, utensils, and linens.Safety is a concern. The wooden stairs are loose and damaged, the front gate doesn't close properly, and there’s no real balcony—just steps leading to an AC unit. It’s definitely not child-safe. There’s also a large shipping container in the driveway and an abandoned-looking office downstairs, both of which were unsettling and not disclosed in the listing.Cleanliness was a major issue. We found mold in the ceiling, dog hair and food wrappers under couch cushions, dust on picture frames, dirty baseboards, and a wet sponge in the sink when we arrived. Used toiletries, open condiments, and cluttered cabinets throughout made the stay feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The place looks like no money has been reinvested into it, with mismatched consignment furniture and worn-out essentials. It has potential, but it needs serious updates, deep cleaning, and attention to safety before being listed as a beach rental.
