This two-story home accommodates 10 guests between four mountain-view bedrooms.
The primary bedroom is appointed with a king bed, smart TV, and roomy walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features a steam shower and a double vanity.
The second suite offers a queen bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Both guest bedrooms contain a TV and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle. The two are connected by a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a double vanity.
A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Fire up the wood pellet smoker and grill and cook dinner out on the patio against a mountain backdrop.
Send the kids out to play at the adjoining community park as you relax with a crisp drink!

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and sink.
Parking is available for three cars in the driveway.
While this home has air-conditioning, the thermostat is locked on an automated schedule and cannot be adjusted.

Hit championship links at the 18-hole Haymaker Golf Course. Visit Old Town Hot Springs to soak in the natural hot spring pools or enjoy a spa treatment. Head to Lincoln Avenue (the Main Street of Steamboat) for boutique shopping and a delicious meal.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
