MONTHLY MINIMUM STAY+ Walk to everything in downtown Excelsior - no car needed! This designer home just finished a top to bottom renovation and is ready to wow your friends and family with its unique design! The subtle treehouse theme creates a fun environment with multiple living spaces and plenty of fun design details.
The treehouse was perfectly situated to enjoy Excelsior shops, restaurants and the lake. The house was equipped with every-
thing needed for our 4 day stay. Our family loved it!
Location is great if you want to walk Excelsior shops, restaurants, dock and beach. Ample sleeping and hanging space (three floors) for 7 friends though itâs more ideal if youâre eating and hanging out (no communal indoor dining space for 4+ and few mugs and glasses, quality knives, etc.).
This house was perfect for 6 of us (3 couples) who were attending a wedding. Not too fancy, just clean and cute. Itâs a bit spendy for my norm, but for the upscale area it was in it was the the most economical choice we could find. Easy to run on the trail and walk into the cute downtown.
Great location, quick walk to downtown Excelsior. The house is super cute! I was worried it would be a little crowded with 9 of us girls, but it was perfect. My sister ran into some of the neighbors and said they were so nice! A few things that would be a nice addition in comparison to what Iâve seen at other rentals Iâve stayed in are a larger full length mirror, brighter lighting in the main floor living room and bathroom, extra sleeping pillows and an organized central location for extra towels, sheets, etc. Most of closets had a random extra towel or sheet here and there but most of them werenât folded so we didnât know if they were clean or dirty and ended up doing laundry. I also was hoping for a more detailed instruction list on how to clean before we left, there were only instructions for taking out the trash. Overall though, I would recommend staying there and probably would again!
Was a nice place to call home for a bit and enjoy the Excelsior community. The home had plenty of towels and decorated very cute. Plenty of items to make a few small meals.
The only thing was on a busy road and heard a lot of traffic but did get used to it after awhile.
We were in town for a sailing regatta and were happy to be close to both the boat and the benefits of Excelsior. The house is well equipped and pleasant.
Growing up in Excelsior, my brother and I have a profound attachment to the Lake Minnetonka lifestyle, as well as the unique small town charm of historic Excelsior. We own and operate a real estate business with several properties all in the Lake Minnetonka area. Both graduates of Minnetonka High School ('09 & '14), we know the area very well, feel free to reach out to us for any recommendations or anything else we can help with. No matter the season, Lake Minnetonka offers an amazing family friendly experience for all!
