Our lake house is in a quiet neighborhood, and fully equipped with everything you could ask for. A chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances on main level with large, magnificent ceilings and windows looking out to the lake, open entertainment area with 70” smart TV and huge custom built dining table with seating for 15+ overflowing into an entertaining deck with new Trex decking, a teak dining table for 12 and comfy chairs to relax and enjoy the lake view! For the grill master, we have a grilling deck just outside the main kitchen with a gas grill for your use. Lower level also has fully equipped kitchen and wet bar coupled with a huge projector TV and screen, dart board, built in wine rack. Enjoy the entertainment area with a Foosball Table, Shuffleboard and walk out covered patio with lounging area and lake view. There are steps to the main home entry as well as to the dock.
Our house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 9 adults and 6 kids comfortably. The spacious bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed and luxurious bathroom with double walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. A queen bedroom, bunk room with 3 double bunk beds and a separate full bath on the main. Lower level includes 2 queen bedrooms, 1 with an additional fold-out sofa with twin bed and a beautiful full bath. The home is overflowing with large windows, lake views and plenty of room for you to make yourself at home with your family and friends.
We have gas log fireplace inside to keep you warm if temperatures dip, an outside fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for evening gatherings and best of all, access to your own private dock with a boat slip where you can also fish or float the day away with a beverage in hand if that is more your style! Simply unwind and enjoy the lake in your favorite way.

While on Lake Norman, there are plenty of nearby boat rental companies if you’d like to enjoy boater’s paradise on Lake Norman! Long Island Marina is just outside our cove and we’re a short boat ride to Waterside Grill, Blue Parrot and Apps and Taps as well as a sandbar just down the lake offering beautiful sunsets. You’ll find plenty of waterfront restaurants and activities as you cruise around the lake, the possibilities are endless.

Other things to note:
** We have smart TV’s and Free high-speed Wi-Fi provided by owners (but internet on the lake is sometimes not the best)
** Keyless front entry to the Lake House, so no front desk visit is required!
** Note also, there are steps from the parking to house as well as steps and some terrain down to the lake as shown in the pictures
** Note, NO Pets allowed
** There is a tenant in the small studio apartment above garage with no access to lake, dock, etc. during your stay.
** Dredging in our cove began in the winter to enhance water depth and is complete!
