Things to Know
There is a non-refundable building registration fee ($50) required at the check-in at The Capri. The fee includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week for each space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good location .. Upgrades are needed

The unit was clean and very close to the beach. However, it is a bit dated and in need of some upgrades. The Internet was terrible as we were only able to connect a few hours during our week stay. There was not much help to fix the issue. The master bath was leaky and upgrading the curtains in the master so that they actually close would help. Appliances were old but functional. Overall, it was an OK rental. However, that being said, I would not rent it again.

Very disappointed with our stay because we did not have air conditioning for the 2 nights we booked this condo. As the thermostat read 80-83 degrees, how in the world does anyone sleep in this condition? There was only one fan available so how do 5 people use one fan? We did not even use the kitchen because of the heat. If they attempted to improve our situation with additional 3 fans, then great. But unfortunately that was not the case. This building is beachside and has an indoor pool which is very convenient. This was in celebration for my daughter's birthday as she turned 10. I would book through vacasa ever again. Vacasa is a corporation and booking with a local realtor like long and foster is the way to go. Vacasa's upper management must re-evaluate their processes as our stay was unacceptable as I will be seeking a full refund.

Great family vacation

The condo was spacious and clean. Perhaps a little dated, but not in a way that affected our stay. My kids loved the pool and I loved the easy access to the beach. Vacasa provides linens (sheets, towels and wash cloths) and a welcome package with things like dish soap, shampoo, bar soap, dishwasher and washer pods. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price!

Needs an update

My family stayed in this condo 6 years ago and loved it! This year, we were disappointed to see that not only had things not been updated in 6 years (we understand keeping up a rental is challenging and expensive) but problems we had 6 years ago were still there. The shower head in the first bathroom leaks, leaving what seems to be spots of mold in the shower, a shelf in the fridge that was broken when we were there before is still broken and some of our fridge items fell out whenever we opened the door, the side table next to the couch leans highly to the side and cannot be screwed back in, the lamp in the living room did not work, the paper towel holder is falling off the wall, the couches smell sweaty and dirty and seem as though they aren't cleaned, there was soap and hair still in the showers when we got there, and it has an overall feeling of old. This isn't even everything, just the parts that stick out in my mind. We won't be renting this unit again in the future until we can see some updates from them.

OC MD Long Weekend

This condo was very comfortable and had everything you needed to stay for a couple days of family time. Only suggestion would be to clean the AC vents and upgrade the window coverings and blinds. We would recommend this condo!

Lovely Stay

We had a blast staying here. The weather was terrible outside but inside there were lots of things to do. We did not miss being outside with all the fun we were having together.

Great Place!

We loved this condo! They really took the time to think of everything you may need. (Example- laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc.). The only concern I would state is the two windows in the dining area, you may want to get them checked as it was really windy and they were shaking pretty bad and the master bathroom's tub dripped. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our mini get-away!
