Ready for your next family beach-cation? This large, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, multi-level townhouse is the answer! This retreat sits right on the beach with views from three oceanfront balconies. The waterfront deck is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the breeze, and host al fresco lunches and dinners. The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the free WiFi will help you look up that recipe you've been dying to try and show your friends! Let the dishwasher take care of the dishes and the washer/dryer clean up your clothes after a day at the beach. The living room is a great place to relax with your loved ones–sit down, kick your feet up, and start planning your next adventures!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great beach house!

Lovely house right on the beach with lots of outdoor space! Nice quiet beach, close to everything, including Northside Park. Lots of steps, some carpeted, with all bedrooms up stairs. Lots of beds, bunk beds and day beds, perfect for families, with balconies on each floor. We had a great stay!

Great Beach Access

The deck and outdoor areas are amazing. Beach/ocean access is super convenient. Great place, the only issue we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t working properly, so we had to hand wash all dishes. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and kitchen had everything you could need.

Nice place

Nice oceanfront place with a nice layout. I would rent this unit again. It is well equipped with everything you need. None of the tvs are smart tvs and need to be updated. Also could use a combo lock for the main entry instead of keys to make the check in and check out easier.

Beautiful location but many minor updates needed

Very clean; kitchen amenities appeared to be new; wifi worked well on all levels; outdoor furniture was modern and comfortable. There are several minor things that need fixing or replacing.

Wanted to love it! Couldn’t sleep in musty bedroom.

Great location! Most of the house was delightful. Vacasa never followed-up to have the 2nd floor bedroom carpet cleaned. We did have to check-in late because the cleaning staff was running late and the owner gifted us a late check-out in return which was appreciated. Very sad because this could have easily been a 10/10 stay had the bedroom carpet been cleaned by a professional (Stanley Steamer??) As a renter you don’t expect perfection but the 2nd floor bunk carpet was downright disgusting. So much that the bedroom was wet/mildew smelling.

Not a good experience

It’s a shame, house has some nice updates, but overshadowed by dirty living room area rug and carpets on the stairs. Living room furniture would also benefit from a cleaning.

Parking is ridiculous!

The Caravalle 5 offered guests two (2) parking spaces. After hounding Vacasa for months regarding where we could park (after all, a residence for 12 people cannot possibly arrive in 2 cars). I asked for the telephone to the Ocean City Vacasa and was refused. I figured the local office might know more about parking. As it turns out, there are 21 possible spaces in the lot adjacent to this building. Every night there were at least 11-12 empty spaces in the lot, but I was forced to park in the street. This was infuriating and made no sense.

Beautiful location, communication was rough

The place was as advertised with the exception of a grimy looking living room couch, a duct taped outdoor shower head and a leaky toilet. The place needs some updates. Rust on the radiators, and a moldy washing machine seal should also be remedied. The beach location can’t be beat so we’d go again. However, I minded the difficult communication process with Vacasa more than the cleanliness issues. I rented thru VRBO but was forced to deal with this property mgmt co. portal which made everything complicated. Check-in turned into a scavenger hunt for the Vacasa office - which I was told about by Vacasa’s online glitchy live chat box which shut down before clarifying the details. Constant text messages asking for feedback and then refusing my requests felt like the opposite of a vacation. After a number of complaints I finally spoke to a human who was great and allowed us late check out. The beach was the point and the beach we got, so overall a success. Vacasa needs to do some work re: streamlining communication and hospitality.

Great location!

Wonderful views, very convenient walk to beach. Loved the patio/deck area with outdoor shower. Lots of beds to accommodate a big group. Thoughtful additions like hooks to hang towels. Bathrooms could stand updating, but they were clean.
