The building is situated on the beautiful, sugar-white, powder-soft sand of the Gulf of Mexico where the Gulf, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay and Old River come together. Beyond the view and the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, you'll find this building to be rich in amenities: a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. You'll also love your private balcony! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning from this point of view. Watch commercial and recreational boats come in and out of the pass. Gaze out at the emerald-green waters and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins as they frolic about near the shore. There are also restaurants a spa, and numerous shops at the nearby SanRoc Cay, called a destination for fun for its boutique shopping, fine dining, courtyard events and access to deep sea fishing excursions. Staying at this condo, we just know you'll love the view, your comfortable accommodations, and the proximity to restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay!

Would highly recommend.

Loved this condo. Would definitely recommend. Very clean. Check in was easy and questions regarding check in were answered immediately. Balcony was my favorite spot. So much room and plenty of seating.

10/10!!! We will be trying to book next summer. The house was clean, location was absolutely perfect with a great view with a HUGE balcony. Loved everything about this place.

Loved our stay

The bed was so comfortable. Everything was in a great location and the view was beautiful. We took advantage of the pool, spa, steam room and sauna. We had the best time. I always recommend vacasa to my friends and I will 100% recommend this room! I hope we can come back next year. ❤️

Orange beach

The condo is beautiful and comfortable, the balcony and view is priceless! The sheets on the bed in the king room were stained. The sheets in the queen room were too small for the bed. Both beds need more pillows. The bath towels need upgraded. They’re small and stiff. The kitchen has lots of dishes and anything you would need. But there’s too many coffee cups and plates so there is no place to store food in a cabinet.

Getaway

huge balcony with a beautiful view

This was a lovely spacious condo with a stunning view of the gulf from the balcony. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I had to take a cold shower when we arrived. Apparently they had just turned on the water heater and the water hadn't quite warmed up yet. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

Needs cleaning and updates

Right as I walked inside I could tell the place was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a lot of dust on the A/C filter grill that was noticeable when we walked in immediately because it is right there. That must not be part of their normal cleaning. The master bathroom shower was very outdated and small and had gunked mildew in the handle to turn on the shower as well as on the door and walls where the seams are. They need some Clorox cleanup. The shower area needs to be updated. My husband said the couch was not comfortable, he ought to know because that’s where he was most of the time. The beds were ok, at least were clean. The kitchen appliances need to be updated; one stove burner one day worked, the next day did not. When I reported the dust on the vent filter grill I believe they came and cleaned it the next day. This should be part of the normal cleaning of a condo especially for this one because it is right there in front of you when walking into the condo, which prompted me to examine things more closely.

Beautiful view (that we couldn’t see)

The condo is nice and has all the amenities to make a nice beach trip. However, there was scaffolding that took up the entire balcony, rendering it completely useless. The advertisement for the condo also said the outside pool may be intermittently out, but the contractors told us the scaffolding and pool would be out for a month. Our decision to book this condo was based on the beautiful private balcony with phenomenal views (that we couldn’t use) and the indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool was nice and heated though so that helped. Overall, If I were assured that there was no construction going on that impeded my stay, I would book the condo again.

Cleanliness

Found a razor blade cover in the master shower...and what appeared to be a blood stain on master bedroom "blanket" also found a Tortilla rolled up on the side of the refrigerator. Refrigerator tray where water and ice comes out was disgusting!! The view and amenities were great but cleanliness could improve. Overall I would book again! We love Grand Pointe!

Clean, But Outdated and Worn Out

The condo: First off, the pictures look better than in person. The furnishings are different than pictured and are more outdated than pictured. The condo was clean and comfortable, but does not match it's representation. The beds were actually nice and the view was great from the large, covered patio. The appliances are outdated. One burner on the stove didn't work and the available cookware is passed its prime. The washer/dryer was nice to have, but also very outdated and looked like a barn find. The bathrooms were ok, but every single fixture was old and tarnished. Not broken, but the finish was old and flaked off. The finish looks like a mix of both brass and chrome, but both were tarnished in a bad way. The jet tub wasn't dirty, but was old and had that uncleanable age to it so we didn't use it. The shower heads all were calcified. The counters in the bathrooms were very low, almost to my knees. The refridgerator was ok, but the water filter light was on so who knows how long that has been bad. We bought bottled water and a few bags of ice from the store. The condo isn't bad, but it's in bad need of a makeover. There's a good reason that there are no photos of anything but the living room, kitchen, master bed, and guest sink because the rest is far from photogenic. The Building: Old and outdated. They are doing renovations, but it is only a roof and some face painting. The location on the beach is good, but it all looks bottom shelf. So it's not terrible, but it's lacking and sitting on the line of not wanting to touch anything. I'll book at better place next time.

The home was fantastic, Vacasa service not so much

The condo was great. Exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable, updated decor. May want to remove some of the dishes, as the cabinets are full and no where to put groceries (only a minor inconvenience). The customer service from Vacasa was terrible. We realized on check on we didn’t have linens for the sofa bed. We were told our concern was escalated as urgent at 9 pm, at midnight we still hadn’t heard anything and made due by taking parts of linens from other beds. The next morning we started enquiring again, but still not hearing anything again after being told it was and urgent request. We finally go linens over 24 hours after check in with multiple calls and text streams. I can’t imagine if there was a serious maintenance issue how bad it would have been. Loved the unit, but won’t book through Vacasa again.

Great location

Awesome Balcony

We enjoyed our stay, and the best part of the condo is the huge balcony. Only thing I would add would be a chaise lounge chair because it would be the perfect napping spot. The condo was very clean. The beds were all comfortable, as was all of the furniture. It’s in a perfect spot for watching all of the boats go and come through the Pass and Gulf. The shower in the master bath could be better, but that would be my only negative comment about the condo.
